In the VIP section sat the current head of the Oko Family Wallow with his son Neve surrounded by their guards with no dike visible. At this moment Raylei was approaching the master of ceremony to play his act while Wallow used him as a key study for Neve's education.
"You see that look on his face, you'll deal with people with those expressions, he has realised the downsides that come with owning your land with no military standing. Observe closely now for he will request for a chat in private.
"Do you speak with him in private", Neve asked
"No Neve", his elder brother Aree chimed in. You see if we accept it people's imagination would go wild and fantasize it's fantasies which is not why we're doing this, plus he's much more likely to bargain. Instead we let him speak from over there and he has a tendency to accept way more lower that he thought of due to the shame radiating around him.
"Ah", Neve's eyes sparkled looking at his dad in reverence as the master of ceremony made the announcement

Raylei looked up and about noticing without fail that tint of euphony in everyone's eyes and clicked his tongue, "Just that little speech and you wanna worship him heart and soul, no wonder there was never a problem with cannon fodder for all those antagonists
It just took a little speech and people would rush to die for them.
Raylei calmed his nerves, he didn't know why the previous host was so sure that he would die nor did he have the time to figure it out.
Raylei had come to a conclusion that no matter what, the past self knew more than him about this world. If that host was so sure he would die, he would die.

Kyron was a relay of the Ada family
There was a reason the Ada family was deemed the only one close to the level of the three greats and it wasn't so farfetched
They had discovered the information efficiency of the Three Greats and poured resources into that aspect while having great military prowess.
Armed to the teeth with leg techniques, escape knowledge's and sprint techniques, Kyron looked around and saw a couple of people failing to blend in properly, while no relay knew each other he could clearly tell they were relays too.
It was to be expected while he wouldn't be the only one here, the families wouldn't take it seriously and used here as a practical training ground. Everywhere quieted down as he listened to the much expected blatant rejection of the Peasant's request, he'd been living with the Ada family since birth and knew how this type of things worked, the shocked face of the Peasant provided momentarily pleasure while he donned the shocked looks of everyone around only to change it to one of reverence after the "people's speech" by Wallow. He was quite experienced too and looked on with the curiosity everyone around displayed too when the peasant started to talk, these were basic level courses

I walked in and moved with no goal with all knowledge in my heart that the joy of your gaze would empower my path home, I plea for mercy and forgiveness my misuse of the benefits of the joy of your gaze". Feeling that he had done enough in regards to flattery Raylei adressed the life and death issue at hand, "I found what I thought of a couple of rocks though I noticed they had a sort of strange looking colour on the exterior", he blurted only now realizing he shouldn't be able to see at night. He paid great detail into describing the appearance of the rocks while watching the eyes of Wallow widen, he then decided to release the bombshell which he reserved for last and stalled to don a look that he really doesn't know what it was after all he shouldn't have ever seen a gold coin. He then released it, I walked on disregarding this strange discovery only to move further to see bars in this shape, he brought out an earth model created for this purpose and and showed Wallow, he then continued with plain bullshiting, "I fear some enemies may have used that area as a worksite to house unwanted goods. Ah yes, the colour was exactly as that of the jewellery hung over the neck of young master here".

The peasant may not know what it was but he he could not count the number of times he had to deliver a message that lead him to the mine, worse still the peasant proceeded to bring one of the rocks from his discovery, that was definitely ore gold ore he had to,..

The person who was right in front of him had just disappeared, damn that had to be a relay too, he glanced over at Wallow giving signs to the guards who swiftly entered motion long before they received the signal and zoomed off.

Kyron donned a mask and a fog of deceptive air and was off before the trainees even knew what was up, he was sure that the guy that disappeared was not from no regular family but had to be from the Greats he just hoped the greats would let this opportunity pass by and he employed his best movement technique to relay the news to the family with hopes that he would not be too late.
Raylei looked on as Wallow stood and walked towards him hoping the guy didn't have some sort of truth technique, the truth was he always wondered how the past host knew it was a Gold mine as even people in the 21th Century would fail to recognize one and was dearly shocked when he saw the amount of processed gold bars in the cave, he spent almost have of the entire night shipping it over to his house and buried around a little over two thirds the total amount which he swiftly buried deep underneath the ground. Wallow peered at him and hurried his words, "so in conclusion you think this is way above what you can handle and have decided to sell off the land", Raylei nodded in acceptance to the words he spoke and Wallow swiftly threw back, "2500 gold coins for the land"
The whole crowd gasped
The rich families of commoners could proudly say that they at least had 100 gold coins I'm their vaults, Peasants had probably never seen one.
Everyone knew there was a copper and silver in the way each greater than the other by a hundred times and couldn't imagine the sheer riches to be poured on him.

Sounds of footsteps made the first entrance then what could easily be called a mini army followed, everyone bowed down as the gold insignia on their chest showed they were the Ada family. One man in better clothing came forward and went straight to business "I heard there was a bid on land here so I decided to join the wagon and lay my offer. I will give you land smaller than this by a bit, with an already built home but with 1800 gold coins". He waited a couple of seconds before adding "make a choice".
