Suddenly in a fraction of seconds, he got changed into a serious look over his face & spoke to Alexander in a heavy voice.
Rick Wilbert: Alex, by the way, I'm here to talk about those properties which you are currently handling.
Alexander Wilbert: What's with those properties?
Rick Wilbert: In those properties. I need that vineyard for my upcoming business project. Anyway, dad had told before itself that after his death that vineyard is for me.

After hearing all those stuff from Alexander, it made Rick Wilbert very much angry & he smashed the door while leaving the room. Rick continuously cursed Alexander very badly standing at the hallway afterwards. While Rick was cursing Alexander all the workers who were working around the premises heard it very clearly & started murmuring to each other.
