I know that, since I've seen some knights of the Emerald Palace use this craft magic and fight against each other, when training.

It does hurt when you move or even flinch a bit. It makes your body heavy
And I have to seriously fight Niahl, with this binding my body. Not just that, I am not allowed to take this craft magic off, for three weeks.
This was the training Niahl gave me to make up my three months of absence.
