Suddenly, a large explosion-like thingy was heard from above, making all of us gasp then turned up.
"An enemy attack?" so the mage uttered.
Another explosion larger than how the previous one seemed to be, followed right after just few seconds.
"Mister Hannes! Let us go check it!!" turning to the mage, the annoying middle aged man uttered such words in a frantic tone.
The mage nodded, then telling us, "You kids should stay here. Surely, there's no place more safer than this one"
And so, they went ahead, towards the place the explosions was heard from.
You kids, huh..?
Whilst gritting my teeth, I clenched my hands into fists.
"We are going to follow after them" without turning to them, I uttered those words and quickly run over.
Being treated a kid after all this time, being treated like someone who can drag them off...
That just ticks me off a lot!!
