With Patricia now dead and the phantom Mad Man Mckay alive, One thing was for certain this was so not going to be Ashleys year. Comet still banished in the Kingdom of shadows, Patricia now dead she had three of the Ancestral stones that was supposed to unlock the Ancestral Plate to save Ninartic that was a lot of pressure for a young witch that before two years ago was a normal kid in high school. Last week she had a lot of time to think about everything first she realized that she hated fighting Dragons Named Cindy's second water was not her friend.
she really hoped that Apryl and Ritz were able to handle the other two Ancestral stones. the Summit of Ice and Fire was where she was supposed to be heading to meet them. As she arrived at the Trail that was meant to lead here to the Summit of Ice and fire a presence that she felt somewhere filled the environment something started to sink into her stomach knots every this was not a sign. Feet heavy and shoes moving she ascended to the summit praying her stomach was wrong. halfway up the trail Hail the size of ostrich eggs started down pouring trying to make a protective spell to keep going forward wham hail hit her right in her nose. As she fell to knees her shoes started losing traction and she began to slide down the mountain towards the trails beginning prepared for the worst she closed her eyes and let fate take her away.
as she laid unconscious on the bottom of the trail memories started playing in her head, a young girl giggling with laughter riding her bike down a steep cold driveway, dark shadows of those forgotten loomed in the dream a young lady about Ashley's age sat in a dark cold corner alone with no one to visit her water dripped on the young girls back as she sat there crying alone. Approaching the girl Ashley was prepared to wrap her hands around her and let her know she was going to be okay her eyes opened and looked right inside of Ashley. Ice Windy took over the trail the futher she went the more the air seemed to thin out . at the rate she was going she would soon out of air and end up back at the beginning of the trail again. Ashley quick give me your hand confused and dazed she looked up to see Ritz and Apryl flying on Glyphs hurry before you run out of air. hands stretched out she reached for Ritz's hand she was saved. Gasping to catch her breath Ashley was relived to be off that cursed trail
