When she came to, there was a very dark and gloomy place all around her. There was a big black volcano before her. She looked around. There were volcanoes everywhere. Ben helped her up and led her to a big, black mountain. They hiked up it together in silence. They made it to the top and she gasped. There was a little cabin there. Along with some other things, such as a fire pit and a bike. "How long have you been here?" She asked, breaking the silence. "A year." He responded. He didn't seem sad. She would've been sad and depressed if she was there for that long. She touched the logs that made up the cabin, just to make sure she wasn't hallucinating. It felt real. Her head hurt. This had to be a dream. She pinched her arm repeatedly. "Geez, stop doing that," Ben said. She looked down. Her arm was a light pink color. She felt faint again. "W-why do I keep fainting?" She asked, immediately wanting to take back her stupid question. To her shock, he new. "The air here isn't made for humans. Anytime people see something shocking, the the air kind of gets repelled away." She felt stupid for not understanding what he meant. "C'mon in. There's food." Ben said. FOOD. For some reason, once he said it, she realized that she was hungry. She walked in and saw something on the table. "Um, what is that?" She asked. There was a silver piece of... meat? It had specks of different colors. "Boiled rainwolf. The peacocks of the land." She tried a small piece. She was surprised that she liked it. Big mistake. She ran outside to avoid throwing up on all of his stuff. She tossed her cooki- rainwolf, on the ash grey mountain. "Oh yeah, your immune system isn't used to the molecules of this-" "stop! I don't know what you mean and I don't care! Stop trying to prove your smarter than me!" Sapphire snapped. Ben stopped. "I'm leaving." She mumbled. He tried to grab her arm, but she swatted him away. She mumbled something else as she started hiking down the mountain.
