"Heh, I just learned it from a past experience."
Ah yes, the bitter-sweet memories with my science teacher, Mr. Lucas. I wonder how Lyde's dealing with that guy. Surely Mr. Lucas is treating Lyde nicely like a regular student. He always treat his students sweetly to the point that any female student will fall for him.
"…did you have a relationship with someone older?" Keto has gotten really curious.
"Not really. It's more like I've conveyed my feelings just to get rejected."
"That's fucking crazy! You confessed to that person!?" Oh, he started swearing again.
"Of course, if I haven't then I wouldn't say I got rejected."
"Tell me, what's she like? And how the hell did you gather the fucking courage to tell her what you feel about her?!"
Glancing at the clock displayed in the hallway, it's about time we get back to the classroom. "H-Hold on. I think it's better to talk about this later 'cause it's almost time. We've got classes."
He frowned, making it obvious how unsatisfied he is. "Fine! Then we'll talk later."
"Sure, see 'ya later."
Going back to class, I became a bit anxious when I have to tell Keto about the first time I got rejected. He also doesn't know that I'm a girl so I'll have to be careful with using pronouns. There's a chance with slipping tongues, so I really have to be cautious.
This concludes that it was a bad idea to mention something like that even if I wanted to help Keto getting over with this issue. My mind couldn't focus on the lesson anymore, and I got back on track with my crazy thoughts.
Remembering everything I've done with Mr. Lucas isn't so bad. He's nice and sweet, that guy is always the first to notice how I feel whenever I'm down. It's a very clichè story, but it's still special to me because he's the first guy I ever confessed to.
I know he'll turn me down the moment I confess my feelings, and somehow I don't regret it. I was relieved to tell the person I like how I feel. It's like setting your heart free from a heavy feeling. Though it did make me sad when he rejected me, but that's something a student should expect from a teacher.
Even I find it weird to have a relationship with a teacher. It's a forbidden relationship to begin with.
Though it wouldn't be too bad if we happened. Maybe I'd be happy with the thrill of keeping our relationship a secret, and fight for our love if we ever get found out—"Ack! What the hell am I thinking!?" I already have Cain!!
This imagination of mine really gets out of hand sometimes.
"Are you alright, dude?" Ace asked.
"Ah yeah, it's nothing." It's already end of classes and I'm supposed to meet up with Keto now. What a pain.
Ian gave a sinister laugh as he kept hitting me lightly on the back. "Is it really nothing? You look like you were deeply thinking of something... or SOMEONE."wwwwq
Ace gasped and came near me. "Who's the hoe!? WHEN DID YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!? WHAT HAPPENED TO BROS BEFORE HOES!?"
"Don't freak out man! Ian's just making that up!" Damn it, was it so noticeable that Ian's able to point it out..
This can be trouble.
"There's no way I'm making that up... this is exactly how you were behaving when you had your first GIRLFRIEND!" Even Ian started to freak out like Ace. And it shocked me to learn that Lyde had a girlfriend. That shitty brother really had one!?!
"So!? Who's this girl?" They asked in unison, putting more pressure on me with their question while slowly leaning closer.
"U-Uhmm..." Lyde's friends are damn scary.
"Just because you've got better looks than us doesn't make you anything special you dumb asshole womanizer. You're probably planning to quit on us now that you have a woman, but guess what? We won't make it easy for you, you mean selfish prick blah blah blah..." Ace just keep going and going, and it's beginning to feel like he's going to curse me and my future descendants.
Meanwhile, Ian is also the same. "I guess you probably don't remember the times I let you copy my homework, you have no sense of guilt conscience. Is that why you're doing your own homework lately? Are you trying to impress this girl that badly? Will you turn your back on us for some temporary hook up that'll probably last for three days blah blah blah."
They were both talking at the same time with an insane speed that I can't understand them. They're really getting worked up on the idea of Lyde getting a girlfriend. They must be jealous because they can't get a relationship themselves.
Ace is cute, but an absolute dense airhead.
Ian is a nerd with an incredibly lame sense of fashion.
They can manage to get themselves a girlfriend, if they only evolve into an actual decent human being. Though pointing that out to them won't stop them from being envious. They might even say I'm a cocky bastard.
Ugh, what do I do!? They won't stop!—"Hey, quit ganging up on Lyde." Nay! Saved by a hero!!
"Tch. Are you actually supporting this bastard?" Ace glared at him.
"N-No..." we waited for him to say more that can defend me, but he gave up too soon. "...actually, don't mind me and continue."
NAY, YOU FUCKING BASTARD!
"SO. TELL US, LYDE. WHO'S THIS GIRL YOU'RE GOING TO REPLACE US WITH!?" And they began to pick on me again.
"I'm telling you guys, it's not like that! Please, just stop tormenting me!!"
"NO, WE WON'T!" What kind of fucking friends is this!? Can't they just be happy for someone who got into a relationship!?—"Lyde."
The chaos stopped when my saviour called my name. "Keto!" Thank goodness he came to pick me up!!
