As Ying Yue got home along with Salasha and Erie, she was exhausted, not because of work itself, but due to the eventful day.

I was quiet the whole time Erie and Salasha were interrogating me about my day and the reason behind my sudden silence, but I couldn't tell them the truth, although I knew it was wrong of me to do so.
" It's nothing to worry about. With all the cases I had to complete nonstop today, it got me tired."

" Are you sure?"
" Are you telling the truth?"
Erie and Salasha couldn't believe me as they doubted there was something I was keeping from them and I couldn't refute it. I wasn't yet ready to divulge anything to them.
