While Ying Yue was at the restaurant with Xu Lifang, she received a call from her brother, informing her that the emperor and the young prince had come to visit her at their house.
" Will you be getting back anytime soon?"
" I'll be there in a bit".
The call ended. Xu Lifang stared at her with questionable eyes, having noticed her mood swing.
" Is everything okay, Ying Yue?" He asked with concern.
" Yes, of course! We should order as soon as possible, don't you think?"
" Why? Is there somewhere you have to be?" He asked inquisitively.
" I have to get back home. Ying Jie called me for that very reason, wanting to know when I would be back. Also, you have to report back to Commissioner Beiyang, don't you?"
( The emperor has gone to our house to visit me along with Li Wei. That explanation seems very plausible but why do I feel there's another reason behind this sudden visit?)
