Veronica looked around the shop frantic, she turned her head to her phone only to look back up annoyed. After a couple of seconds, she spotted Rain, Daniel, and Jace. Although she had been such an**hole earlier, it didn't change the fact that she was a Hazard Academy student. Which meant, she had to deal with Jonathan.
"I have been looking for you! Do you have any idea how hard it is to walk in these heels? Ugh, this is why I didn't want to be here" She exclaimed momentarily taking a breath in each sentence and throwing her phone on the table.
The screen displayed an ongoing call with someone named "Not so useless person" in her contacts. Funny enough, it was true.
"HEY! Veronica are you still there? Hello~?" His deep crisp voice sounded so immature... Of course! It was no other than Jonathan.
