Head Scientist Logan and the new Head of the Security Team went up to the Security office on the 15th floor. When they entered the room, he was introduced to the cybersecurity team, and Paul Azirean's room would now be his new office.
"Everyone, I'll introduce someone," Dr. Logan told the team. They approached them and then the Head Scientist continued, "He's Orion Lanfrizz, the new head of the Security Team. Welcome him with a round of applause."
And they did as they were told, even though they still felt the sadness of Paul Azirean's resignation. They couldn't do anything about the situation. They knew that Paul willingly stepped down because he didn't want the team to be replaced, and he knew that all of them were innocent. They knew that it was what he and the Head Scientist had agreed.
