"You… You want to see all of them?" Dr. Jaia thought that she was mistaken.
"Yes, of course. I am really very curious about mutants," Lia told her. And again, she was faking a smile. "When I learned that my grandfather is the Head Scientist, I got curious about everything about his job and his workplace. That's normal, right, Dr. Mullock?"
"Ah… Haha! Of course, Lia," she was taken aback by her response. She tried to stay calm and appear unannoyed, then placed her hand on Lia's shoulder. "You're a very curious one, aren't you? Just like your grandfather." Dr. Jaia glanced at Dr. Logan and saw him sigh.
"Sorry, Dr. Jaia. My granddaughter here hadn't done anything these past two years but worked for her brothers, so I am spoiling her," Dr. Logan explained.
"Aww, it must have been hard," Dr. Jaia said with some hint of sarcasm, "Okay, Lia, I will assign someone to give you a tour."
