"Rufus?" The question was uttered in tandem by Aisha and Hamlin as they glanced down at their unconscious kid who was still laying on the bed. They had just finished talking and were standing at the entrance when both of them rushed out to hug him.
"Oh, my son, where have you been for the last several moments?" Aisha questioned this as she sobbed into Rufus' shoulder, and as her tears fell into his body, they caused him to shine slightly, and some of the wounds on his body miraculously healed.
"Are you even able to fathom how much your absence has hurt us?" Before pulling away from the hug, Hamlin posed the question.
Everyone else was watching them from the door and saying, "Okay, let's leave them alone and give them time to be together." After forcing everyone else out of the room and locking the door behind him, Lucky made an announcement.
