King Vegeta: What's on your mind.
Prince Vegeta: The pulp.
Queen Victoria: Why? Turns out he and his siblings were flukes.
Prince Thomas: All talk, no show.
Princess Melissa: He's practically done. He struggled on his way back to the fighters wait room.
Prince Thomas: If he couldn't last with that guy, what made him think he could beat us two.
Prince Victor: No need for a change of rules.
King Vegeta: Of course not. Those three aren't anywhere near the level you are on my son. Kasenko could beat them, no problem. If they were to have or gain immense power, Kasenko would be the man who would stop all this nonsense.
Prince Victor: Is he the strongest elite besides the royal family?
King Vegeta: Yes. He will take care of this problem.
Prince Victor: No.
King Vegeta: No?
Prince Victor: This is my problem, mine, I will settle this alone.
King Vegeta: But why? You can just walk past it.
Prince Victor: I don't need anyone's help! With my hands alone, I want to finish him. Plus... if you solved this problem for me... it will only prove him right.
Queen Victoria: Right about what.
He paused
Prince Victor: That I need fathers help to take problems away... problems that I can't solve myself!
He punched the ground, making his hand bleed from everywhere.
Prince Victor: It'll be his blood next time.
Everyone was silent.
Queen Victoria: What if he doesn't make it to the final.
Prince Victor: He will. His way... or my way.
At the tournament grounds.
(After the end of Chapter 18.)
3... 2... 1... GO! That's what the ring announcer would always say when a match began. No, "let's get ready to rumble" or " Ready... Set..."; none of that. It was, "3... 2... 1...GO!
It was just so boring to hear, you had heard it many times. You just wondered, did the ring announcer also get bored of this? No, Yes. Anyway, a couple of matches passed, Skip won.
To him, this was what was like a draft in a book. Pre-written, and already known to happen before such a thing would pass. As he said before, a quarter-finals spot was ready for him. On the other hand, May wasn't too lucky. She lost.
Recap of the fight.
She had handled herself pretty well in the fight, but she started to get tired before him. He loosened up his pace to later get the upper hand on here. He did well, putting up the pressure and trying to make her slip up. Which ironically, that mistake made her loose. He had her struggling to keep up, and capitalized when he charged his ki.
He sent large ki-blast hurdling her way, she went to swipe it away but he put real force into it. It pushed her back, and she was able to deflect it on time. Unfortunately, when she dashed forward she stepped on her foot wrongly; twisting her ankle. This happened because she was too eager to go on the attack, she moved too quickly for her body to correctly react.
Soon after, the opponent caught eye and sent another large ki-blast hurdling in her direction. At that point, she couldn't get up and repel it a second time. She ended up getting hit and remaining outside the ring. On her way to the fighter's room-
Amina: Tough luck.
May: My fault, tried to counter quickly.
Sage: Not necessarily the fighters fault.
Liz: Why?
Y/n: It was the attire. The shoes limit her feet to maximum movement.
May: Then why do you three wear shoes?
Neros: To train our feet. There weighted but at this point, they don't really apply a difference.
May: You can maximize your footwork with that?
Neros: Yep.
Amina: Anything else?
Y/n: Nope. Just the feet. This saiyan armor covers the rest.
Amina: Do the weighted shoes also make you faster?
Y/n: Yep.
After that conversation, you watched the other matches. Then it was time for Round Four, you got your opponents and began to redo the process. Get beat, counter later to win it all. Except this round was different for you. Your opponent, his name was familiar, it was Jenkins.
(*Flashbacks*)
Jenkins: She knew she had no chance against the high honors.
(*Flashback Ends*)
Y/n: Guess he picked the wrong day to start something.
You clench your fist.
When it was time for you to fight, you wasted no time getting up onto the ring. You wanted to finish him. Not in a way of killing, but injuring.
Ring Announcer: Round Four folks! More than halfway through! Now we have the man who has surprised us on how far he's progressed... Y/n! And then, we gave Jenkins! The man who shows no mercy.
Y/n: It's about to be the opposite.
Ring Announcer: Start on... 3... 2... 1... GO!
You wasted no time as you quickly caught him and started your ultimate. You wanted this to go quickly, but to him, this would also be painful.
You went through a lot of melee combos to tire him out, and then you kicked him up. Then, back down.
You charged up your ki ready to end this match.
Amina: What's he doing.
Sage: Getting revenge for you... I guess.
May: Wait. Is that-
Neros: Yep that's Jenkins.
Y/n: Final!
You sent the first wave down, which already seemed too much for him. He struggled very much to repel it, he was down for the count once the second one would come.
Y/n: Impact!
You sent the second one hurdling down, which finished the job once it hit the first.
Jenkins: What? NO!
It overpowered him and a big explosion came about. Smoke, now everywhere.
Ring Announcer: Unbelievable! It seems the ring has been destroyed! Or, at least a quarter of it. But let's see how's our contestant is right now.
He went over to Jenkins.
Ring Announcer: He's out for the count! But is he-
Y/n: He's not dead. There wasn't that much force into it. Plus, he deserved it.
Everyone in the crowd was shocked, and they started to look at you after you said he deserved it.
Y/n: What? Didn't you all see what he did in Round Two?
Everyone still in disbelief.
Y/n: Come on. It was like two hours ago.
(It wasn't).
