Streaks of faded sunlight emerged across the dark sea green blanket as the elvish woman's eyelids fluttered open. She slowly sat up on the bed as she rubbed the bottom of her palm against her forehead, clearly hungover. She attempted to look around the room but shielded her eyes with her forearm when a streak of sunlight fell across her face.
"What… What happened last night?" Mairey asked herself as she looked down and rubbed her eyes, "Where am I?" Once her eyes slowly adjusted, the woman looked down at the sheets and realized that this was not her bed. She faced forward and scanned around the room for a moment, "Who's bedroom am I in?" She asked herself as she scratched her head. She began to pull the blanket off of her body and glanced at her silky, light mauve colored nightgown. "Someone changed my clothes?" She looked a bit confused, "But why would-" She then gasped as she quickly realized why someone would do that and was immediately filled with panic.
