The next morning, Zi woke up and left his room to get ready for the day. He brushed his teeth and had his first meal before heading to the temple. On his way there, he noticed the other young monks standing around and discussing something with one another.
"Did you hear about the incident?" Said an elvish monk.
"The one that happened last night?" Asked a lizard monk.
"Yes, that one! I heard one of the senior monks went there."
"From our monastery?" Asked the lizard as he scratched his head.
"Of course he was from our monastery!" Said the elf man, "We're the only monastery in this entire village."
Incident? Thought Zi as he kept walking, What incident are they talking about?
