Chapter 117 - First Impressions

"Tori?" Said Mairey as she stepped out from the dressing room stall.

"Yes, dear?" Said the woman, who seemed to be in her forties, as she sipped on her glass of red wine.

"I understand that King Larkspur wants to meet with me and that I must look presentable, but why must I wear this?" Mairey was wearing a long sleeved, silky gown which was a bright shade of cerulean blue. The rectangular neckline, skirt, and the wrists had baby blue ruffles along the edges. The corset that she wore under her gown made her slim waist look even smaller. The skirt of her gown reached all the way down to her feet and the waist of the gown had a little, sapphire blue bow on the front.

"What do you mean by that?" Asked the brunette woman as she set her glass down onto the wooden stand right next to her chair. The woman's skin was a pale shade of ivory beige while her suit was frost blue. Mairey looked at herself in the three mirrors which were placed right next to one another.

"This dress looks much too fancy for a nobody like me." Said Mairey as she admired her dress.

"Mairey, dear," said Tori as she stood up from her chair and walked over to the young, elvish woman, "You aren't a nobody. You're Mairey, the revived one. You've cheated death, dear. You're not just the talk of the town, you're the talk of the entire kingdom!"

The pink haired woman looked down and sighed, "I guess you have a point." She seemed a bit unhappy.

Tori looked down at her and frowned slightly, "What's wrong, dear? Is something on your mind?"

Mairey looked up at her, "I came here with my friends and now I need to find a way to get back home."

"Well once you meet with our wonderful king, he'll be able to help you with that." She smiled at her.

"Really?" Said Mairey with little sparkles in her eyes.

"Mhm!" Tori nodded, "He is a gracious ruler who is willing to help anyone who comes his way, especially someone like you."

"Great! Maybe he can help me go home." Mairey smiled.

Meanwhile in the king's lounge, Larkspur was sitting on his black, leather couch and was drinking his favorite whiskey from a crystal glass. Lempio was pacing around the mahogany red room, walking over the ten foot wide, mandala carpet which had various shades of red, blue, and purple. Lempio crossed his arms behind his back as he kept pacing around the dimly lit room, which had nothing but a few lamps that were powered by peach orange crystals. Both men were wearing suits, Larkspur's suit was navy blue and white while Lempio's suit was black and white. The lounge was decorated with russet brown tapestry, which contained images of various Olympian deities on them.

"Lem," said Larkspur as he set his drink down onto the hickory brown table in front of him, "Why are you so tense?"

Lempio, who wasn't wearing his blazer, stopped pacing and looked over at the king, "Why am I so tense? Why am I so tense?!" It was clear that he was getting angry.

The king raised his palms up to his face in a surrendering gesture, "Woah! Calm down, Lem. It was just a question."

Lempio sighed deeply, "Please forgive me, Lark. It's just that this woman is very important. She was still alive when I found her, despite the fact that she was stabbed at least an hour prior to her companions bringing her to the shop."

"Oh really?" Said Larkspur as he picked up his glass and swirled his drink around.

"I think she might be some kind of immortal or maybe she has some magical properties that can help one make an immortality elixir." Said Lempio as he looked down while rubbing his chin.

"Fascinating." Said the king, still looking at his drink.

There was a knock at the door. Lempio turned around to face it, "Who's there?"

"It's me, Tori," said the feminine voice, "I'm here with Mairey, the revived one."

"Alright," said Lempio, "Give us a minute." He turned to face the king, "This is it!" He said in an excited tone as he put his hand together, "You're finally going to meet her."

"Wonderful." Said Larkspur, resting his elbow on the armrest of the couch and his fist leaning against his cheek, while he looked at Lempio.

The blue man looked down and sighed, "Listen," he faced the king again, "I understand that things to do with magic aren't really your bag, however, can you please show at least a little interest in this woman, for me?" He begged.

"Alright," the king as he slowly straightened his posture, "I'll do this for you, my prince."

"Thank you, my dear!" He smiled. Lempio then turned to the door again, "Let her in!"

The door opened slowly as two women entered the room and took a few steps forward.

"This," said Tori as she pointed to the elvish woman, "Is Mairey, the revived one."

Larkspur locked his eyes on the elvish woman and quickly shifted in his seat as he turned to face her.

It's really her! Thought Larkspur as he immediately recognized her, That's the woman from the shop.

Mairey's hip length, rose pink hair was tied up into a braided bun while her lilac purple eyes sparkled. Despite recovering from multiple wounds along with being pronounced dead for a while, her caramel brown skin remained soft and appeared to be healthy. The gown and corset were so tight, that everyone could see the shape of her small breasts as well as a decent amount of cleavage. Everything on her body seemed to be quite small, except for her hips. The king's eyes slowly wandered down from her chest to the rest of her torso as he noticed how small her waist was compared to her hips. Her hips were quite wide compared to her waist and shoulders, although he could not tell if that was due to the corset or if it was just part of her natural form.

Only one way to find out. Thought Larkspur as he got up from his seat and walked over to the elvish woman.

"Good afternoon, revived one!" Greeted the king as he approached her.

Mairey did a curtsey before him, "Good afternoon, your highness!"

"It's nice to finally meet you. I've heard so much about you, my dear." Larkspur smiled at her.

"Oh really?" Said Mairey as she blushed a light shade of cerise pink.

"Of course! I mean, you came back from the dead after all and that doesn't happen to just about anyone."

"I…" She looked down, seeming a bit shy, "I guess you have a point."

"Might I say, you look absolutely lovely right now."

"Oh," she looked up at him and smiled, "Thank you! I-"

Tori interrupted her, "I picked this dress out for her, your highness," she boasted with a cheeky grin on her face, "This dress was handcrafted in-"

"Get out!" Demanded Larkspur as he pointed to the door, "Now!"

"But what about-"

He interrupted Tori again, "I said, now!"

"Yes, your highness." She bowed to him before quickly leaving the room and closing the door behind her. This made Mairey a bit uneasy as she watched Tori leave. Lempio watched the entire exchange in a mix of shock and awe. The blue man walked over to the two of them.

"Now," said the king as he redirected his attention towards the elven woman and smiled at her, "Where were we? Oh that's right! You, my dear, look absolutely stunning."

"Thank you!" The woman smiled.

"Revived one," said Lempio as he approached her and smiled, "I am Lempio, the royal healer and advisor." He stuck his hand out to her, "It's nice to meet you properly this time." He chuckled.

Mairey shook his hand, "It's nice to meet you too, Lempio. But please call me Mairey."

"Alright then." He let go of her hand, "Since you've cheated death, I was wondering if you were willing to undergo some tests. I want to see why and how you survived. Maybe even extract something from you to make an elixir so that others may do the same."

"Oh," she smiled shifted into a neutral expression, "I'm not too sure if I'd want to do that."

"I mean, we'll give you whatever you want in exchange for going through with the tests."

"Whatever I want?" She raised an eyebrow.

Lempio nodded, "Yes, whatever it is that you desire, we will give that to you."

"Will you help me return to my home land?"

Lempio nodded, "Of course!"

"Then I wouldn't mind undergoing a few tests for that."

"Great!" He smiled.

"It's not just the tests," said Larkspur, "That you must undergo."

"Oh?" Mairey looked up at him, "Well what else is there?"

"How would you like to go home to your friends and brag about how you slept with a king?" He grinned.

"Excuse me?" She sounded a bit offended as she slowly took a step back.

"Oh don't worry, dear," said Larkspur, still grinning, "Just think about this: Mairey, the one who cheated death and was gratified for it by a powerful king."

The woman shook her head, "I don't think so."

"Oh," his grin shifted into a look of disappointment, "Alright."

Lempio then remembered their conversation from earlier.

"Or," the blue man began, "Mairey, the queen who cheated death."

"Queen?" Larkspur looked at the other man, seeming unsure about that idea.

She looked over at him, "Queen?" This seemed to have piqued her interest.

"Yes, a queen," Lempio nodded, "All you have to do is marry the king and provide some heirs for him. What do you think about that?"

Larkspur crossed his arms and sighed, I don't want to get married but as long as I can get the council off of my case, then I shall do it!

"Hmm," she looked down and scratched her head as she thought about it for a second.

But I don't have a uterus. How the hell am I going to be able to produce children for this king? She wondered.

She looked up at Lempio, "Sounds great but I don't have a womb."

"Not a problem!" Said Lempio, giving her a soft smile, "I have a laboratory full of donated organs, some of which are the reproductive kind. I can easily give you a uterus transplant and, after a couple months of healing, you should be good for pregnancy."

"Uterus transplant?" Mairey gave him a look of skepticism, "Have you ever performed one before?"

The blue man nodded, "Plenty of times. In fact, I've transplanted various different parts of anatomy in my career as the royal healer and royal medic."

She rubbed her chin as she looked to the side, I've always wanted children of my own and this seems like a once in a lifetime opportunity for me. However, I still want to go back home to my friends. Thought the elvish woman, If marrying the king and undergoing a few tests will allow me to finally give birth, then I shall do it!

She looked up at Lempio and smiled, "Deal!"

"Great!" Said Lempio.

Larkspur grinned, "Perfect!" His cock twitched in excitement as his head became filled with sinful thoughts on what he had in store for her.
