It's been a rough week after my father got crippled, he can't run the store anymore, and we're pulling in less money now.
My mother cries every night stressing on how we will be able to keep moving forward.
I don't want to see her like that, so I guess it's time I tell them that I am fixed on owning that bakery.
"Dad I want to work at the bakery..."
The moment I said that it felt like a hawk was glancing at it's prey.
"Are you sure Klain? You saw what trouble it could bring."
I don't have a choice since the system requires a bakery...
"Yes Dad, I know there might be trouble but whatever happens I will face it."
Walter sighs as he says slowly.
"Well alright then, everything corresponding with the Bakery you are in charge of. Don't fail us son."
"Yes father."
---------
Well then, that's one thing fixed. Tommorow I'll go to the store and see if the System activates completely.
In the early morning sunlight you could see a yawning Klain getting ready for work.
First day huh... surely it's not that hard.. right?
I just have to get the store tidied up and do what the customers order.. yeah.
Despite looking calm on the surface Klain was extremely nervous in the inside seeing as this would be his first real job, believe it or not Klain didn't have a job in his original world.
"Here we are.. Jin Bakery.
Klain muttered under his breath.
[Detecting a Bakery owned by host.]
Oh is it finally reacting now..?
[System has gained {Recipes} function and {Daily Quests}]
That's pretty cool I guess, but now I have to do a quest daily.. oh well it's all good in the end.
[Acquired Komu Bread recipe.]
Hey System what's up with this recipe?
[This is the begginers recipe and host is required to master it.]
Huh master it you say? Yeah okay, but where will I get my ingredients?
[Host needs not to worry as the System provides the ingredients for all System Recipes.]
Alright now that I got that finished I guess I should open my shop.
Klain goes and flips the sign saying closed to open.
[System has will make renovations to he bakery please exit the bakery until tommorow morning.]
...
Your kidding? It just told me to make Komu bread, and now it's telling me to close down?
It's not like I can do anything about it though. Guess I'll just do as told.
After that, Klain closed the door down and made sure everyone passing by would know it was closed.
He couldn't go back home could he?
He told his family he was set on working at the bakery if he went back early that would raise too many questions.
The only thing he could think of was just waiting around, and exploring the town a little.
So that's what Klain did, he noticed a tailor shop that caught his interest.. maybe when he had the money.
He hung around town until the sun was low, and then went back home.
"How was your first day son?"
Walter asked with a questioning gaze.
"Um.. it was great Dad, sadly no customers."
"Don't let it get to you Klain my first week I had no customers at all."
"Thanks Dad, that realllyyyy helps...."
Klain said sarcastically.
