It been one week since Liam has returned back to his Ranch in Darkwater and he was working around with Logan and the other ranch hands.
"Man, this is some tough work," said Logan. He was now wearing a blue dress shirt with navy blue jeans and leather boots.
"Yeah, but it is rewarding," said Liam.
They would keep working till it was time for dinner, They head in and see Ann has finished making dinner. She was wearing a dark purple dress with leather boots.
"Here, you guys," said Ann.
"Thanks sis," said Liam.
"I have been waiting for this all day," said Logan. They then hear a knock at the front door. Liam goes and answer it. He sees it Bat and Issac at his door.
"So you got my letter," said Liam.
"You have requested us to come here," said Bat.
"Yes, I was wondering if you were if you like help finding this killer your looking for," said Liam.
"Well, leads but not others. I could in danger you if you help us," said Bat.
"I have someone who could really help ," said Liam.
"Who would that be?" asked Bat.
"My sis she has a perk that let her see the future," said Liam.
"What is that possible?" asked Issac. Liam then feels Bat just activate his perk but Liam then activates his second perk World to counter his. Bat looked surprised.
"That will not be necessary," said Liam.
"It seems something is up," said Bat. They enter where they see both Ann and Logan. They feel Liam is using World.
"What is up?" asked Logan.
"This is that detective sis," said Liam.
"Good day, I am Detective Bat Marston and this is my partner, Issac Morgan," said Bat.
"I am Ann Oakley and he is my fiancée, Logan Harvey," said Ann.
"The Silver Witch and The Immortal, I see more Outlaws but I hear you can see the future?" asked Bat.
"Yes, up to seven days," said Ann.
"Oh, this could be helpful, but sadly I can not just work with former outlaws it might make my office look bad from bad press," said Bat.
Yeah, but this could also be a good opportunity as a way to find a way to nail this killer," said Liam.
"He got a point," said Issac. Bat thinks a bit.
"Alright, But I need you to gain my trust it not easy for me to trust a bunch of former outlaws," said Bat.
"Alright, what do we have to do?" asked Liam.
"I have been gathering info myself on a perk user who can help in the investigation. I heard there is a person in Nomad's Landing which is being over by a gang that is lead by a man named Jim Miller, but people know this Outlaw by his other name Killer," said Bat.
"The Deacon of Death?" questioned Logan.
"You heard of him?" asked Liam.
'Yeah, he was part of a big gang that was in East Tumbel but the leader of that gang disappeared and they all went their separate ways. But I heard this guys is nuts and he not afraid to kill anyone," said Logan.
"If we are able to get this perk user then you can trust us?" asked Liam.
"If you can, you have one-hundred percent my trust," said Bat.
"Then I guess we have to prove our selves," said Liam.
