"Are you alright?" he asked and the boy burst into tears. The red haired brother sighed but he had a gentle smile on his face as he helped him get up. Damian wrapped his short arms around his neck and rested his teary face on his chest while Nacht returned to the warm bench. He sat down, having his brother on his lap and looked at him. "Are you hurt anywhere?"
"My…my knee." He said and pointed at scratch on his knee. The skin had been scrapped slightly but thankfully there didn't seem to be anything wrong. Not even blood was drawn out and Nacht patted his white haired head.
"It's alright. Don't worry. But tell me, why were you running? You know it's easy to trip in this place."
"Mum…mum told me I could come out and play. I wanted to see you." He exclaimed happily. "You study these big books all the time and you don't play with me anymore." Damian told him, his bright eyes getting teary as he missed his older brother.
