"Has he eaten?" Assistant Lin asked an old man standing next to him. He was the Steward of the Castle, Marius.
"Almost nothing, Master hasn't left Miss Ann since they came back."
"It's been three days, why doesn't she wake up?"
"Dr. Jen has made several check-ups but she doesn't know. Master was furious and banned everyone from entering."
"This doesn't make sense, why the sudden care for her?"
They were behind the Master bedroom doors waiting for him. Since the day he came back with Ann he didn't eat or sleep, he just stayed beside the bed waiting for her, observing every movement she may do.
"What should we do?" said Steward Marius concerned. "Shall we tell the elders?"
"… For now, we just can wait. I can take care of the company issues for a few days."
"Are you sure? They will start making questions if he doesn't show up?"
"I know, but we can't do anything for now."
