"Hm..." I sat there alone in the garden Since both of them left, I was wondering what she meant... Before Emica interrupted us.
"What did she mean by that..." I thought out loud and was brought back to what Shukona said

[Nika I really really like you? That would make sense right? But... Why did she seem so flustered...?] I thought once again a bit confused
"Didn't she already say that she liked me already...?" I said to myself thinking about what she said again

"Ahahaha! No way!" I tried to laugh it off but then again...

[Its love isn't it?!?] I smiled nervously and horrified
"GAAAHHHH?!!! There is no way that's true!! Don't get ahead of yourself!" I tried to reassure myself
[But.... I'm pretty sure it is true... How can I face her now?! Guh!! I planned to make her fall in love with the heroine so they can be happy together! Now, what can I do?!] I thought while I sighed frustratingly then slapped myself
"Stop it with the panicking. You can do this. You're Nikami Shiromoru. The Nikami Shiromoru." I put on my ice-cold facade again, my voice colder than winter's snow.
That only lasted for a few seconds before my face turned warm and melted my cold mask, my face was back into a blushing mess.
"HOW CAN I JUST STAY CALM!?!?" I yelled at myself
Then I breathed calmly for a while
"Come on, it is not like you haven't gotten multiple confessions in your last life...." I told myself

"Well... I'm sure I'll figure this out soon enough... For now, I'll just study in advance for my advance test in magic." I sighed and walked inside my mansion then suddenly everything went silent.....
There was a loud bone-like cracking below my feet
[What was that?!!] I thought being startled at the sudden loud noise, I quickly looked down and saw...
[I.. It's just a twig...?]I thought a bit confused.
[Its... It's so silent that... That even just a twig snapping feels like a bone snapping in half...] I was a bit creeped out but shrugged it off
I continued to walk towards the library so I can study.
[Yes, I am studying in advance for my test that is already at the scholar level... Studying is really hard isn't it...] I sighed as I opened the big double door that is for the library and then stepped inside
Shukona POV
I immediately looked behind me and there was that masked bitch grinning again
"S-so fast?!" Emica rashly said, very startled
That masked bitch started to mutter to herself
[Where the-?!? She suddenly disappeared and then was right behind me after a few mere seconds?! What kind of speed-] I thought but was immediately interrupted by tentacle-like shadows from below us
"«Arms From The Darkness»!" She casted and giggled
"W-what the hell?!" The tentacles grabbed both of my hands and feet, It also happened the Emica
I gritted my teeth and tried to break free, moving around as fast as I can. Though I can't even seem to break free.
"Awww, look at you two~ So pathetic. You look like two cute little worms!! Squirming around~ I could squish you in an instant. But that would be too boring, wouldn't it?! I wouldn't want a precious character like you to be gone~"
[Character?! what in the world does she mean character?!] I thought a bit mad, glaring at her.
She giggles mischievously and goes in front of me and holds my chin
"You..." I glared at her, shivering in anger.
"Do-don't touch Shukona-sama!" Emica yelled at that masked bitch and she looked at Emica still holding my chin.
"How dare you command me?" Her face became dark and emotionless, not the same as her cheery or evil-looking self. Her voice sounded like poison, it had a very sharp tone and it really left an effect. It was... Just plain terrifying.
Emica started to sweat immensely when she knew her mistake. Her face had just one look, the sheer look of fear.
"I-i'm sorry I-I didn't mean it-" Emica started to cry.
She took her hand off my chin and started to walk towards Emica
[No... No... don't... Dont...] I thought while my face darkened, I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists
"DON'T FUCKING TOUCH HER!!" I yelled furiously at her and glared at her. Vines came off the ground, it grabbed her arms and legs.
"Ara ara...? A bit mad now are you? Afraid I might touch your girlfriend? Aha! Who am I kidding? She isn't your Girlfriend!" That masked bitch had her bubbly personality again
"You little..." I glared at her yet again... Each of us was trapped in our traps.
Emica was still crying while having a horrified look.
"It is amazing how you can summon vines without saying the whole spell! You three truly are geniuses!" She grins at me and she... Slowly faded away.
"A-a... A clone...?" Emica looked at her
"yep yep yep! I wouldn't have the time to visit you, idiots! So I made my clone do that insteaaad!" She giggles still slowly fading
"You little-" I wanted to curse at her again but she interrupted me.
"See you guys again in two years~ byeeee you two!" She completely faded away leaving only her mask on the ground.
The tentacle-like shadows goes back into the ground, Emica dropped down crying. I immediately ran at her then hugged her gently
"Emi... It's okay... Calm down... She's gone now... Besides, that wasn't even the real her... Her powers were more weaker than normal..." I sighed and patted her head gently, trying to calm her down
[And what does she mean by seeing you in two years...?] I thought while patting Emica's head... I saw her mask and proceeded to stomp the fuck out of it
Emica looked at me with her teary eyes "Shu-Shukona-sama...? What are you doing...?" She asked me with a small voice almost like a whisper
"Go! To! Hell!" I said as kept stomping on the mask that is already broken into pieces
"Shu-shukona-sama..." She kept looking at me, shivering and staring. Still confused.
I looked at her, then glared. And hugged her again.
"I... I'm just glad your safe okay?! Don't think any of it!!" She hugged her tightly.
She stops crying and slowly hugs me back, she nuzzles her head on my neck.
"Shukona-sama... Thank you..." She said while her cheeks were a bit red, she kept nuzzling her head against my neck. Like a happy puppy nuzzling against their master.
"H-hmph! I don't care, you don't have to thank me..." I felt my cheeks turn red as well. I patted her back trying to comfort her again
Emica kept grinning still nuzzling against me.
I tried pushing her away but she keeps attaching herself to me.
[Wha-what Th-the?! Wh-what is Emica doing... She's being overly clingy for some reason... Cou-could it be the suspension bridge effect...?!] I thought still getting nuzzled on by Emica
Then I lightly shook my head.
[No way, Emica isn't a homosexual.... Well, I don't think she is a Homosexual.... Does she like girls...? If she does... We-well that's fine! Just as long as she isn't into me! I-I don't mind that too-huh?! No, I'm not gay!!] I sighed in frustration, starting the pat Emica.
"Shukona-sama? Are you okay?" She asks me softly.
"Yes... I'm fine... But.. What does she mean by.... see you in two years...?" I asked Emica still a bit confused about what that masked bitch said.
"I don't know... But I hope it won't be bad... I-I don't want you to get hurt Shukona-sama... Since... In two years... You'll be in the magic academy..." Emica sniffles while she hugs me
I pat her back to reassure her.
"I'll be fine... Don't worry..." I sighed, continuing patting her. Her head resting near my neck.
