Vito Luciano. One of Italy's most wanted drug dealers and mafia boss. He'd been in and out of juvenile more times than could be counted before he turned eighteen and had been to prison twice in his twenties, once for arson and the second time for crimes he'd started to consider "petty" before he finally stopped joining small gangs, started his own gang at twenty-nine years old and decided to move on to "bigger things" and "bigger crimes" and practically became invisible to the police. Or maybe that was just the story they liked to tell to justify their incompetence. Maybe in reality, Vito had hit the jackpot and had gotten so rich, that it became extremely easy for him to wrap the police force around his little pinky finger and have them bending at the knees, doing his every bidding whenever he desired.
Maybe the law was just as corrupt as the government itself and they were trying to cover up all their bullshit with the boring sob stories they told.
