Order of The Blue Lotus HQ

The scent of various distinctly different, but very expensive smelling perfumes perforated the cold, tension filled air in the dead silent room. It was so silent that the heavy breathing of some of it's occupants, gathered around a long rectangular obsidian glass table could be heard out loud by everyone sitting within close range.
The room was expansive, with several hooded figures standing guard at the two doors that seemed to be entry and exit points and a few others stood guard at the windows covered with dark red tapestry that threw the room into a mild darkness only lit by low intensity bulbs that didn't really do much to brighten the place.
