Rona Whiting was in a secluded area outside of the campus, sitting on a bench. The place was an abandoned landfill and was converted to a lush mini-park where people could jog and bike around. Trees abound in the surroundings, and the place was a haven for students wanting some silent space for themselves. A couple of students in the picnic ground doing group study while a yoga practitioner was in another corner doing yoga poses.
Rona was all by herself as she holds the shoebox in her hand. She opened it and realized there were more pictures inside and it wasn't her. She could remember the words to 'I Love You' several times from Gary's mouth, as common as batting an eyelash. It was not real after all. She placed her torn pictures on the ground then opened her bag to get a matchstick and a small kerosene bottle.
