I wake up alone and, surprisingly, not tied to the bed. I don't know where Leo found the confidence to leave me free.
He was so afraid that I would leave that he did threaten me a couple of times. Not that I have any intention.
If leaving means dragging him in my world, it's better to stay in Fortress and face whatever consequences.
«And I was settled on surviving,» I sigh.
I was so tired that I slept till late.
Leo comes back by the time I've changed clothes and prepared some food for my rumbling stomach.
«Good, you're up,» he comments.
I just nod, still slumberish.
«Do you want to go hiking?»
«What?» I mumble. «Isn't that what you do on mountains?» There aren't mountains around.
«It's not as adventurous, but technically... You don't need mountains to hike,» Leo notes.
