The line of beasts has no end, and more are coming. It takes a fraction of a second for a beast to cross. Even less for shadows.
At this rate, a few days will be barely enough for them all to pass. We can't go there and close the portal until a reasonable number of monsters remains. Yet, we can't wait for too long either.
Regardless, I'll take care of Julia and her health during this time and after. I'll do everything in my capabilities to make her feel the link to the portal the least possible.
With this flow of beasts running wild, vampires won't be able to attack. Not tonight.
I can spot two of them, far from the walls, hiding on trees. They're observing the situation and talking into a device from time to time.
If the flow of demons decreases, they will probably attack Fortress. Even if they don't, closing the portal won't be as easy. Beasts and shadows don't dislike Julia; they shouldn't be too difficult to handle.
