The Spring Jade Temple, it was a simple temple where they revered the Ancestral Founder of the Spring Jade City, Wei Wu. The Wei Family also happens to be the current ruler of the Spring Jade City.
Wang Jie had been collecting information about the Spring Jade City through Meng Hai, the Village head of the White Lotus Village.
He informed Wang Jie that the Wei Family was relatively reasonable and kept the city safe with only opposing force that rivaled theirs is the Lin Family who is a lot more unreasonable.
Hearing this, he already could see a conspiracy happening behind the scene in trying to gain control over the Spring Jade City.
Wang Jie took upon himself to check if the Wei Family is worth helping and stop the Lin Family from doing something stupid.
He might not be able to fight directly until he gains strength because Wang Jie wanted to maintain the peace and enjoy his life.
Wang Jie carefully inspected the Spring Jade Temple, that nestled amidst serene gardens and lush greenery, stands as a symbol of timeless elegance and spiritual sanctity, making it an ideal setting for a wedding ritual steeped in tradition and reverence.
The exterior reflects classical Chinese architectural elements, with intricately carved jade embellishments adorning the majestic façade.
The temple's roof, adorned with sweeping eaves and delicate ceramic tiles, exudes an aura of grace and grandeur.
Lush gardens surround the temple, with winding pathways leading to a tranquil courtyard.
Upon entering the temple, they were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and harmony. The interior boasts ornate woodwork, intricate carvings, and delicate paintings depicting scenes from ancient myths and legends.
Fragrant incense fills the air, enhancing the ambiance with its soothing aroma. The main hall, illuminated by soft candlelight and the gentle glow of lanterns, provides a sacred space for the wedding ceremony to unfold.
At the heart of the temple lies the altar, adorned with fragrant flowers, flickering candles, and sacred symbols.
A magnificent statue of Wei Wu, the first ruler of the Spring Jade city, presides over the altar, blessing the couple with his divine presence.
The altar serves as the focal point of the ceremony, where the couple exchanges vows and pays homage to their ancestors.
"Oh, good afternoon, is there anything I can help you with?" A young man around fifteen was sweeping the leaves and other debris dressed in what seemed to be the uniform of the temple and walked over to them.
"We're to have a commoner wedding."
Wang Jie said without any hint of shame and felt that it was more humbling if anything.
From what he understood, Commoner weddings are provided with all the necessity for the marriage ritual, even the wedding dress. Normally preparation would be made but commoner weddings are quick and simple.
"Is that so? I presume these two lucky ladies are your soon-to-be wives?" He respectfully spoke noting that they were top class beauty and confused why they were doing a commoner wedding.
His first impression had thought they were noble but shocked to find out they were for a commoner wedding? He didn't dwell into it and avoided judging them simply because of it.
"Precisely. Now, can you tell us what we need to do in order to have our commoner wedding?" Wang Jie asked and the young man nodded.
"Ah, let me call the head priest first." The young man soon disappeared and a few minutes later, he brought an elderly man dressed in ceremonial robes looking at them followed by other similarly dressed people.
"Greetings, I am Er Lan, Head priest of Spring Jade Temple. I heard from young Ren that you're here for a commoner wedding?" He asked and Wang Jie nodded.
"Yes, is there anything we need to do first?"
"Well, you simply pay 2 silver tian then you will be taken to a room to be fitted with the wedding ceremonial dress."
The head priest continued his explanation where they would walk towards the altar then perform a tea ceremony to give respect to their ancestor and elder. It was simple enough and Wang Jie followed one of the priests before being fitted in a wedding outfit.
Wang Jie finished dressing himself and headed towards the altar waiting for his two brides that eventually appeared in their own ceremonial dress. Even though it was simple and wasn't extravagant without ornaments.
Wang Jie blissfully smiled because they were already beautiful in his eyes. Liu Ying and Zhang Mei also smiled captivated by his mesmerizing face and couldn't be happier. It was finally the day they could become his wives.
Soon after, they began the ceremony of exchanging vows and Following the exchange of vows, they participated in a traditional tea ceremony, a symbolic gesture of respect and gratitude to Wu Wei.
With graceful movements, they serve fragrant tea to their loved ones, expressing their appreciation for their guidance and support throughout their lives.
Wang Jie didn't resent his family and loved his mother and father along with few of his siblings and cousins. He'll eventually visit them in the future until everything settles down.
"Now, you three are official husbands and wives." Er Lan said with a bright smile seeing a couple to communion their love was always a sight to behold.

Soon after, they got back to their normal outfit and paid for the wedding before heading into the city streets once again.
"Fufufu, it's truly delightful to finally show the world we're family." Zhang Mei pressed her body against Wang Jie, becoming more attached than before.
"I can't believe it! We're finally a family!" Liu Ying cheerfully said.
"It's just the beginning. We still need to have our celebration back in the village." Wang Jie was extremely happy despite not showing through his expression.
He has never been a person to openly express himself and the two women have already been with him for the longest time that they can discern what he was thinking.
"Alright, let's walk around the city for a bit before heading back." Wang Jie said and they nodded. The trio set off into the heart of Spring Jade City.
The streets were alive with the colors and sounds of vendors hawking their wares, and the air was fragrant with the scent of exotic spices and freshly brewed tea.
Their first stop was a nearby restaurant nestled in between the rows of buildings, where they sat down to savor the delicate flavors of the cuisine.
The trio enjoyed their meal without much problem and set off once more, weaving their way through narrow alleyways and bustling market squares. Along the way, they encountered street performers and vendors.
Wang Jie saw the two eyeing for an accessory and without hesitation walked over to buy them.
"Wang Jie? You don't have to b-" Zhang Mei was about to refuse when Wang Jie stopped her.
"You two are now my wife and aren't in much trouble anyway. It's just a few hundred silver tian." Wang Jie said and Zhang Mei couldn't refuse while Liu Ying was more than happy to be spoiled by him.
He bought Zhang Mei a beautiful hair pin and Liu Ying a necklace as their wedding gift. They had wide smiles throughout the remainder of the day before heading back to the White Lotus Village where upon arriving was greeted by the villagers who immediately congratulated them.
They receive small gifts from the people mainly the multiple roasted animals that had been hunted and White Lotus alcohol that they brew. It tasted smooth like a wine yet there was a distinct difference.
The blaring music from the instrument that the village made from what they had and were singing as everyone celebrated. Wang Jie was getting some advice from the husband in the village.
"Hey kid, prepare yourself, a married life isn't easy but if ya need any help feel free to ask." Wang Jie smiled hearing this and nodded.
"I'll keep that in mind, thank you." Wang Jie said, making them smile.
"It's really surprising how different you are compared to how you appear. You're a good kid, Wang Jie." They said since he exudes indifferent that it was hard to know what he was thinking.
"I get that a lot. I'm not one who openly expresses themselves." Wang Jie said even in his previous life he always had this kind of expression.
"Right, are you excited for tonight?" One of them said with a wide grin plastered in their face and the rest of them immediately knew.
"I am. It's going to be a big leap and the start of expanding our family." Wang Jie said and they nodded.
"Hahaha then it's going to be hectic once the two become pregnant. I remember my wife had countless mood swings and cravings but the pay is worth it." The man looked at the children that ran up to the woman and made him smile.
"You can say that again. But don't worry kid, we'll help you through it. Our wives can handle your wives if they face those days."
Wang Jie nodded, making a mental note to himself to prepare and means to protect the village from harm. His gaze shifted, finding Zhang Mei and Liu Ying dancing in the bonfire having a friendly competition.
The celebration continued until Wang Jie and his wives headed back home to have their night together as husband and wives.
