The abundant waves crashed into the dock, a seagull squawks polluted the air, as it soared through the bright blue sky, not a cloud in sight to hide its gorgeous wings. You could taste the salt in the air as it evaporated from the ocean. The sun reflected off the pale dock. It's only occupant was a girl ,whose form leaned over the dock, as her  hand caressed the water, as the waves climbed in and out of the spaces between each and every finger, but in a split second, she was gone and the intense water engulfed her body, as she slowly sunk deeper,  her body seemed to become as heavy as a anchor and the world slowly drifted into a dark abyss.

She watched as each exhale fogged up the glass as she reached over and drew a tiny smiley on it. She listen to the familiar obnoxious laugh of her own brother, as it made her low but steady music just back round noise, in her ears.

"Lars, if your brain was as big as your mouth, I bet you wouldn't be failing English class, now would ya?"

She snickered at Torins comment he always had a way to make Lars understand how overly loud he was being.

"Like you can talk Chief. Your grade is almost as bad as mine," Lars spoke with a slight smirk brewing on his lips.

She slowly bit her lip so no giggles could escape her mouth, she loved watching Lars and Torin argue, they fought like an old married couple, Lars liked to make fun of Torins true meaning of his name, which stands for Chief. She honestly doesn't even know how Lars figured it out but she gives him kudos.

"I don't even get how you and Oz are twins, she's literally an A+ student."

Lars smirk faltered as Ozzys eyes widen, startled that her name was brought up, she paused her music and responded casually.

"Hey, hey don't bring me into this little marital argument, I don't want any part in it," She laughed and snorted, a little quirky habit she hated about her laugh.

"Miss piggy over here may have straight A's but she don't got the looks like I do," Lars snickered as he combs his hand through his ginger, curl filled hair.

"LARS," she puffs out as she pushed him off his seat next to her, Torin fell back into his seat, that was located behind Ozzy and Lar's holding his stomach laughing hysterically at the fact, that when Lars fell, he landed face first, on to the dirty, crusty looking ground. Ozzy knew this bus ride was gonna be a long one.

"Should we wake her up we're almost there?"

"Nahhhh, wouldn't it be funny if she woke up and all of us were off the bus?"

"You're such an ass Lars, I'm gonna wake her up, hey sunshine it's time to wake up we're almost at the old lab for the field trip."

" She's not gonna wake up that way this is how you do it, Oz Ozzzz OZZZZZZ wakkkkkke up the bus is on fire!"

Disoriented and panicked Ozzy sprung up ready to see full chaos but instead she saw a familiar face looking back at her with the smuggest grin. So she did want she knew best and kicked Lars in the shins and started to get her things ready to leave the bus mumbling to herself angrily.

" You deserved that Lars you shouldn't scare people into waking up , it's rude, are you okay sunshine?," Kaori asked while placing a strand of her long black hair behind her ear.

Kaori was the girl everyone babied in the group being the youngest.

"Yes I'm fine Kaori just trying to calm down my racing heart, you know?"

" Owwwwe my shin really hurttsss, Torin can you kisssss it better please," Lars gave Torin the pouty face and the puppy eyes knowing that it's his weakness.

" Yeah you wish, now let's get off this bus before the teachers drag us all out by our ears," Torin said cover his now pinker cheeks.

" Agreed," the three stragglers said at the same time as the pick up their pace to get off the basically vacant bus.

"Come on students, it's almost time to go in but let's go over rules first, no wandering by yourself, always have a buddy, be polite to the owner of the place even though he is a little creepy, be respect of the place and that's about it, you're free to explore, it's exactly 10:30 AM we'll meet up here for lunch in 2 hours, go have fun everyone."

"Miss Sliver is such a cool teacher she's never up our asses," Lars said while walking backwards towards the opening of the lab.

" You're gonna hit a wall and fall and I'm not gonna help you up," Torin said while sighing and rubbing his forehead already knowing the headache Lars is gonna give him.

"You guys aren't scared, this is the lab we learned about, the lab in which they made all the mutations to people and animals to help us win the war against Altin 2,000 years ago, they said all the spirts of the dead are still in there and are vengeful."

" Those are just rumors Kaori there are no such thing as mutants that's just folklore, we won that because we had more guns and stuff no mystical things involved."

The dim lights of the lab did give it a eery vibe but the laughter and excitement of seniors on their last school trip of the year blocked that out.

"Sunshine, look it's Kai and Mica, they're trying to balance microscopes on their heads."

"It still stumps me on how you can have a crush on Kai, ants literally have more brain cells then him, he's literally the stupid blond with blue eyes every girl falls in love with for no reason, you should have higher standards."

"Shut up Lars he's not the brightest but he's really sweet, he carried my books for me that whole month my leg was broken after I fell at that stupid track meet, I was so close to winning."

"That was freshman year, I swear this kids brain shrinks instead of grows, man."

"Says you, you literally thought Jade was a teacher in our school till junior year."

"Only teachers wear heels and blazers to school, how was I supposed to know some people actually dress like that who are under 30?"

"We haven't even made been in here for more than five minutes and you two are already at each other's throats, Hey Kai, can you come over here for a second?"

"Kaori why would you do that I don't even know what to say to him what if I say something dumb or maybe I smell bad, do I smell bad? " Ozzy rambled to the point that she could even hear the sounds of footsteps creeping up on her.

"Sup, Kaori, Ozzy, Torin and what's your name again?"

"Come on Torin lets go, before I give this guy a run for his money," Lars mumbled that last part under his breath as he dramatically turned and started stomping away while a glaring Torin turned and followed right behind him.

"Did I say something?"

" Ah no Lars is just one for being dramatic, anyways how have you been Kai I haven't talked to you in a bit," Ozzy nervously placed long red strand of hair behind her ear as he bit the inside of her cheek, to could tell today was gonna be a great day.
