I felt so excited to meet Jace, and I am so glad Charles is driving us. The truth is, I want to ask my Dad to have only one bodyguard come with me since I am meeting my boyfriend and I don't wish to make Jace feel so awkward about the situation, and it could turn him off, even though he was one of my escorts I can tell he doesn't prefer to have a date with his girlfriend with a chaperon. I know the scene could be so embarrassing, but it is so hard to contradict Thomas White besides my father was right, I had been kidnapped recently, and I can't blame him to get anxious.
