Sookjin's POV
When I woke up today, I was hoping that all that was just a nightmare and that guy didn't actually wipe the sauce of me and licked it off his finger but much to my disappointment, it wasn't a nightmare.
Last night was the absolute worst. It was worse than the nights before exams. It was worse than the worst thing and just thinking about it made me want to scream in frustration. Not only did that horny guy touch my mouth with his finger but he didn't even pay me for the chicken.
Well, technically, I was the one who ran away after that incident and ignored all their calls but it was his filthy actions that made me run away in panic so he was the one at fault.
And who in their sane mind touches a stranger's mouth?
I shook my head to clear my mind and focused on the problem in hand. I somehow had to arrange money so Aunt Kim wouldn't notice that I hadn't brought any last night. I was lucky enough to not get caught by her last night but I was sure, she'll ask me about the same when I go down which I eventually had to.
It was already 2 in the afternoon and I was pretty sure my aunt would come in any second to kick me out of the bed.
I felt my tummy rumble in hunger and I groaned before throwing myself on the bed in irritation.
I was very hungry and knowing that Aunt Kim had probably started making chicken made me salivate even more. I didn't even have my dinner last night and by the time, I woke up today, the time for breakfast had already passed.
I licked my lips as I tried to think of ways to get money. I could ask my parents for money but then I didn't want to disturb them unnecessarily. Or maybe I could ask Yoongi to lend me some. But then, he was struggling with money too.
Fuck it.
There was no way I could think of something with an empty stomach.
I'll just sneak into the kitchen and get myself something to eat and then come here again to think of an idea. It'll be easier to sneak in because it was two in the afternoon and everyone must be out to have their lunch.
I nodded at the idea and pushed myself off the bed before rushing down the stairs. Looking around carefully, I walked slowly into the kitchen and just like I had guessed, Aunt Kim had made a fresh batch of chicken.
I picked some pieces and just as I was about to take the turn to the stairway, I heard Aunt Kim's voice and I hid underneath the counter.
"This brat Kim Sookjin! He never wakes up! Yah, Sookjin, wake up!" She walked upstairs while cussing at my supposedly sleeping self.
By the tone of her voice, I was sure that if I hadn't woken up, she would have kicked me out of the bed or would have probably thrown a slipper on my head to wake me up.
I looked at the bowl in front of me and there was no way I could take this upstairs now so I might as well eat it here and go out to arrange for the money. So, without wasting another minute, I took a bite of the chicken wings and moaned at how juicy it was. It tasted even better because I was starving.
It hardly took me five minutes to finish them and as soon as I was done, I stood up from underneath the counter and the first thing I noticed was a set of familiar eyes.
Bunny guy?
"Hey," He gave me the same smile.
My eyes fell on the person standing behind him and they almost bulged out when I realized that it was the same guy from last night- the naked guy. Right beside him was the same pink haired guy.
The guy moved forward towards the counter making me take a step back immediately as I grabbed some tissues and wiped my mouth.
The bunny giggled making me glare at him before I looked at the dark haired guy again.
"What are you doing here?" I asked harshly. There was no way I was being kind to such a man.
He threw me a sour look before putting some money on the counter and walked back to his boyfriend.
"Hyung took Tae hyung's credit card and told him he won't give it back until hyung comes here and gives you the money," The bunny spoke after he sat on one of the high rise chairs near the counter.
Well, atleast now I didn't have to worry about arranging the money.
I hummed and picked the money before looking over at the Taehyun guy who had his arms wrapped around his boyfriend's waist.
"He also asked hyung to apologise for his behaviour," The bunny said amusedly looking at Taehyun who threw him a nasty glare.
"And I'm not doing that," He said. "I didn't do anything wrong,"
"Yes, of course. Because touching people without their consent is the new way to greet strangers, isn't it?" I asked him with a tone dripping with sarcasm.
It was really surprising how unsurprised I was by the way he was acting. Just a look at him and you could tell that he was a brat whose parents were a little too rich for his own good. I already knew he was living in that fancy apartment and he looked around my age so there was no way he could afford that with his own money. Also, his clothes screamed luxury.
The way he was eyeing the restaurant didn't make it any better; it seemed as if he wanted to leave the restaurant and I wouldn't want it any other way.
"Ah, Taehyun!" The guy hit him on the shoulder before he walked over to me and took another high rise chair beside the bunny guy who was staring at me with his owl eyes again.
Something was really wrong with this kid.
"I'll apologize on his behalf," He kept his elbows on the table with his hands supporting his chin as he gave me a smile.
Needless to say, he was handsome. Like really handsome in an elegant way.
"You really look familiar. I've seen you somewhere," He continued, pressing his lips as if he was trying to focus.
I would lie if I'll say that the Taehyun guy and he didn't look familiar too. But I couldn't point out where I had seen them. Probably a magazine?
"Can we please go now?" A deep voice from behind muttered. He was still standing near the entrance and I would like it that way.
"But I'm hungry and we're already here and it smells so good!" The bunny guy whined.
"It does smell good," The guy said but the way he was leaning over me told me it wasn't the chicken he was talking about.
Taehyun just rolled his eyes. "Let's go somewhere else? Somewhere good?"
I looked at him offended. What does he mean somewhere good? My aunt's restaurant was one of the best in the town!
"You should or you'll starve. We don't serve to assholes here," I retorted.
He glared back at me but before he could say anything, his boyfriend interrupted.
"Ethics 112!" The boy suddenly said. "College! We go to the same college,"
Wait a minute. I looked at the two of them.
That's where! That's where I had seen this smug bratty face.
"Why do you look so surprised? Don't tell me you didn't know that already?" The guy asked looking at the bewildered look on my face.
"Why? Am I supposed to know every person I share a class with?" I rolled my eyes.
I had so many classes and each class had over a hundred students. And I focused on what my professors were teaching us rather than looking around.
"I knew you looked familiar! You're the quiet handsome guy," The guy chuckled.
I could feel my ears getting warm so I cleared my throat.
Why was he saying all that stuff in front of his boyfriend?
"Don't you have to go to your dance studio?" He asked his boyfriend before looking at the younger guy who was playing on his phone. "And you, Jun, you're supposed to be meeting your mother. I don't want aunt to yell at me again,"
The two groaned as they got off the chair and walked towards the exit.
"Bye for now. We'll come again," The pink haired guy said smiling at me as he waved. The dark haired guy just looked at me with some expression I couldn't decipher before he walked out.
Well, atleast, now I didn't have to deal with those rich brats.
Wait.
Did they say they'll come back?
As if. I scoffed.
