"I don't think he takes it well, that she had to leave," Yitian said, wincing at the door slam Lei performed. They could almost hear the glasses shake on the upper floor.
Chao raised his brow ironically and looked up at the door that was just slammed without a good reason.
"Do you think so?" he asked, sarcasm dripping from that sentence.
Ever since Lili had to leave a week ago, Lei became even worse than he was before. His dictatorship was making everyone go crazy and mainly Chao.
"Should you explain to him what's going on?" Yitian said, and Chao involuntarily shivered.
"You go, he won't hurt you. But I'll be dead meat." Yitian laughed at how scared Chao was of his brother these days. It showed how much respect he had.
"Are you sure he won't hurt me?" Yitian asked, rather amused than scared. And Chao only nodded. Yitian laughed once more, but took off the headset from his shoulders and got up.
