Chapter 6 - Deluded

P.S: Title doesn't match to whatever I am trying to convey. It is rather what society thinks of you if you play against the rules. The title is, rather I would say, an irony to what I have written so that people can connect to my poem in multiple perspectives. They can connect to how society really, really thinks.

♣️♣️♣️♣️♣️

People are filled with greed.

To your view they'd never heed.

Even if to your destruction it would lead.

Their gain is all they ever need.

When troubles spoken out.

All they ever do is pout.

Compromise,despite 'past', you must sought,

leaving you all alone in doubt.

Wouldn't care if you jump off a hill.

Wouldn't care if you overdose a pill.

Wouldn't care if yourself you kill.

In the end, their 'dreams' they have to fulfill.

'Normal' they want you to be.

From you 'over reacting' they don't wanna see.

To make things not 'weird' for them, 'apologise' you must do on one knee.

Though clearly no fault of yours is to be.

But 'people' can't get me fed,

on following the rules said.

Even if to no company it had led,

due to being crazy over loaded.

Maybe I am deluded,

"But I am happy now."
