"Mommy" Carmela went towards her mother and hug her. Andrea felt really happy to see her daughter. Carmela gives her strength and almost everything. Andrea is contented to have Carmela with her.
They we're eating their breakfast, they were happy while eating. Andrea went to her office after she's done eating. She was busy on her work even if it's Saturday.
She didn't realize Carmela was going to surprised her. She want her mom to be happy and she want her mom to smile.
"let's go to mommy" said the kid on her nanny. Carmela is really a smart kid, she even speak clearly even if she's just 2 years old. She's kind, and really smart. And she got it from her mom. The nany just nodded and they went to the company.
The knock on the door got Andrea's attention. "come in" she was surprised to see her daughter with a wide smile on her cheeks.
"mommy" Carmela said while running towards her mom and hug her.
"why are you here baby?"
"I want to surprise you mom" Andrea feel really happy, she didn't imagine this day would end.
"mam, your daughter is really beautiful and a good kid" compliment by her employees.
Carmela is now sleeping, an error was found by Andrea in a report files in the company. She call the man and scolded him.
"why did this happen?"
"I'm sorry mam, I will do my best next time"
"there's no next time, you're fired"the man's faced really shocked by what he heard.
" but wh-"
"I have been investigating you, I found you so suspicious. And guess what I have found, your the one leaking the information of the company and seeking it to others right?" the man's eyes widened as he heard that.
"I'm sorry mam, I promise I wouldn't do it again"
"get out of my sight, leave the company"
"but ma-"
"guards, get rid of him"
"yes mam"
The man was so angry at Andrea, he was planning to revenge on her boss. He's planning to take Andrea's daughter. He was laughing when looking at the company one last time.
Carmela and her nanny went outside, Andrea was still busy and take care of her unfinished business to have time with her daughter.
"you will regret this Andrea" a desperate man started his engine and look straight to a woman and a kid. The kid of Andrea and her nany didn't notice the car was in their back.
The man started to drive and suddenly he hit the kid intentionally.
"Carmela!" the nanny shouted as the kid collapsed. People gathered on the scene, the nanny immediately call Andrea and tell her what happened.
Andrea almost drop her phone on the floor. A tear fell off, she was on the floor kneeling. "no, this can't happen to her" she hurriedly went to the hospital. She was too desperate and don't know what to do.
"How's my daughter doctor?"
"I'm sorry to say this but she had loss a lot of blood. She needs donor, she need blood transfer"
"doc, I just contact the nearest hospitals and other but there had no extra of blood" said the nurse, Andrea always collapsed.
"just do everything to save my daughter"
"we will do everything but we can't save her now. She loss a lot of blood and the only way to save her is to donate some blood to her. You and her aren't compatible. We need to find the compatible for her"
Andrea was really sad and frustrated. She only thinks of one person. "I know a person, but she's in other country." "What should I do?"
"contact the person you know, we are running out of time" the doctor said that causes Andrea's heart to pound.
She's breathing fast and can't calm down. The nanny stay by her side, and tell her to call Carmela's dad.
"Hello?" Andrea's were shaking while on the phone.
"who's this?"
"it's Andrea, I need your help"
"Andrea? What happened?"
"Aly, I need Dreb. I need him right now. My daughter's life in is danger"
"he's here with us. Lenna want to divorce and he's here"
"I need to talk to him, please I beg you Andrea was too desperate and she will do anything just to save her daughter.
" Dreb? "
" what do you want? "
" I'm here at the hospital, I need you here" Andrea ended the phone and then she collapsed. She was too weak and don't have any strength to get up.
She was on the hospital bed and still not waking up.
"are you Mr. Dreb Mendoza?" Dreb just nodded. The doctor feel relived, finally, the kid will be safe.
"are you wiling to donate your blood to this kid?" the doctor asked him which led him to confusion.
"who is this kid?" the nanny walked towards him and hug him.
"we finally see again"
"Aunty? Why are you here?" surprised question by Dreb.
"The kid is the daughter of madam Andrea Reyes."
"what?!"
"can you help us Mr. Dreb? We really need you to save the kid"
"okay, I'm willing to donate my blood" the doctor together with Dreb went to the room where the kids is. Dreb look at the kid and she realize this kid look like Andrea.
After minutes later, the blood transfer is now done. The kid is still not waking up, the doctor thank Dreb for his help.
Dreb went back to the nanny, the nanny was in Andrea's room.
"aunty?"
"Mr. Dreb"
"I have a lot of questions to asked"
The nanny was about to speak when suddenly Andrea wakes up. She was surprised to see Dreb in her room. She was holding her head because of head ached.
"where's my daughter" she take off the dextrose on her hands and hurriedly run towards the room of her daughter.
"Ela, my daughter. Thank you your safe" Andrea was crying. Dreb followed her to the room and he wants to asked the question to Andrea personally.
"Who is she?"
Andrea look down and get back to her senses.
"she's my daughter."
"who's the father?" Andrea swallowed some of her salivas as Dreb asked it.
"it's Xander" Andrea lied
"Xander? Thfn why he's not here? Why I am the only one who got the same blood type as her?"
Andrea couldn't open her mouth because she knew Dreb was the father.
"am I her father?"
"no!" Andrea shouted to Dreb. Dreb grabbed Andrea wrist and lean her to the walls.
"then why it's me? Why?!"
"I don't need to explain anything, her father is Xander not you. And by the way thanks for saving her life" a shaky voice give Andrea to Dreb. She was about to cry.
"tell me truth, please I'm begging you"
"not not her father"
"I want DNA" Andrea eyes widened and look at Dreb.
"are you crazy?! I can't do that, Xander is her father."
"Then, if Xander is her father please I want DNA. I have feeling that is my daughter."
"I don't want to do that, just leave"
"Leave!" before Dreb leave the room he punched the wall cause her hands to get bruises. He slam the door when he leaves.
Andrea breath deep and Dreb was gone. She suddenly hug her daughter.
"I don't want to lose you, your the only thing I have" a mother's love is really touching. Mother's are most likely to sacrifice things they want just for their kids.
"mom" Andrea stop to cry and wiped her tears. She was smiling seeing her daughter waking up.
"thank goodness your safe"
"I'm strong" a weak voice replied by her daughter.
"what do you want to eat baby?"
"I want noodles mommy"
"okay"

"hello?"
"Investigate what happened to my daughter. I think it's my old employee"
"okay madam"
Andrea was here in the hospital with the nanny and her daughter. She was really worried earlier but it turns out she might been caught by Dreb.
"what if he knew?" she asked herself while walking around.
"Madam? Is there anything bothering you?"
"it's nothing, just rest for a bit I know your tired too"
"okay"
A missed call wake Andrea, it was 12 am. She took her phone while her eyes were slowly opening.
"hello?"
"Andrea, it me Davis. I don't know what happened but Dreb is drunk right now and he's saying he had a daughter from you. Is it true?"
She couldn't answer the question, she took a deep breath before talking.
"it's true, but I please don't tell him. Tell him Xander is the real father. Please I beg you Davis"
"okay, but do you have plans to tell him?"
"yes I do, but this is not the right time."
"okay, just be safe. We will talk to Dreb when he get back to her senses"
"okay, thank you"
Andrea ended the call, she sighed and look at her daughter.
"don't leave me baby, okay?" she was touching the hair of her daughter while looking at her eyebrows. Her eyebrows, she get from her dad. Her lips and hands she got it from her dad.
Andrea was smiling while looking at her daughter. But she couldn't get Dreb out of her mind. There are so many what if's in her mind right now.
"Just be gone"
