Chapter 19 - 18: Kisses.

Sally's P.O.V

I sat in the tub letting all the tense muscles in my body relax in the raspberry scented and bubbled water. I sighed as I lay there trying to forget all of my worries. I practically melted in there and I just wished my life was always relaxed.

There was a knock on the door that broke my revere, "Come on. You've been there for 2 hours! How is that even possible?" Jason's voice said through the door. I rolled my eyes and smirked at his whining.

I got out of the water and wondered how it was still hot while I dried off my body. I blow-dried my hair and tied my towel around. I stepped out and saw Jason sitting on the desk chair typing on his phone, "Took you long e... enough."

He looked up from his phone and growled loudly. I looked down and realized that I should've brought my clothes to the bathroom with me, "Salias," he said slowly while standing up and walking towards me. I had to think fast. He was about to get a hold on me when I dodged him and was about to run to the dressing closet.

I was about to get to it when Jason grabbed my arm and made me turn around and face him. He held my waist and we were so close the heat from his body kept me warm. I was shocked when I looked into his eyes and saw grief, "Please, Sally. When are you going to trust me? It hurts me everyday just knowing that my mate won't even let me hold her hand-"

I silenced him when our lips connected. The sparks from the mate bond made it more magical. I looked into his beautiful, beautiful eyes and smirked knowing that I had thought about this for a while now and I believed, "Show me what you got."

It was in the middle of the night as I lay in the bed staring at the ceiling. I felt like I was dreaming, but I knew I was wide awake.

I stared at Jason's face and smiled. He looked so peaceful and happy. His scent lingered in his room making me feel so peaceful.

There was a soft blue glow behind me and I turned my head and saw Moon standing there. Right in the center of the room. She had an amused smile on her face as she stared at Jason then at me.

"Finally!" she exclaimed while falling backwards onto a couch. I noticed that for once she was wearing something casual. Just a white crop hoodie and white ripped jeans.

I smiled at this change and wrapped myself in the blanket that was resting at the top of the bed before walking towards her with a smirk. "You perve."

Ignoring my insult she laughed it off and smiled at the adorableness of my cute, dead asleep mate. I turned and smiled knowing he wasn't going to wake up any time soon. Moon would've made sure of that.

"So did you just come here to complement me on my amazing skills?" I asked while pouring two glasses of water.

"No," she dragged it out like it was a lie before laughing, "I'm joking. No, I didn't. I just wanted to warn you." The mood in the room was suddenly serious.

"Thanks for ruining the mood," I said sighing.

"Your time to be the moon goddess is about to come," I stopped mid sip and then gulped all the water down as she continued. "I can really feel it. I'm disappearing."

She was about to say something but then I heard Jason groan. Did she really forget to make sure he sleeps for a while. I gave Moon a pointed look and she just shrugged before showing me her perfect teeth.

"Now go get that binga," she said with a wink before disappearing. Jason stirred more then and groaned louder.

"Sally?" he called quietly. I smiled as I crawled over his half asleep body and started peppering him with kisses before he growled and flipped me over with me a laughing mess.
