"I'm truly sorry" Ander breathed beside me. He's been saying that over and over again for the past one hour. Now as we both sat, the only passengers in his New Jet with his hand firmly around my waist, I couldn't help feeling a bit angry.
"You know, it'd be best if you just explained things to me" I lifted my head off his thick shoulder. "Why did you kidnap me? What right have you in keeping me with you? Where are you taking me and why?"
He grew rigid as I prattled all these. The Jet was gradually wounded up the ground. "I think it's best if we don't discuss all these till we arrive"
I was not convinced. "Look if you don't tell me what all this is about, I promise I'll scream out loud once my feet touches the ground" I threatened furiously.
Brute won't budge.
He leaned back smug. "You aren't that feisty are you? You didn't look this headstrong when I first saw you" his grip around my waist tightened.
I shivered, he looked towering. "Would you at least tell me the name of the city?"
"Paris" He stated skimply. "Bonjour mister Aden"
I cocked my head backwards. "It's one o'clock you doofus"
He shrugged. "it still applies. The language cracks me quite a lot"
"That means you have businesses all over? Darcy told me you're stark rich" I questioned. The concept of him being involved in killings and a thug just doesn't click right at all.
The man sitting right next to me was self made, he didn't look like one who's being pricked by karma.
"Darcy must have really told you a lot" He raised a brow suspiciously. "Did she perhaps tell you anything else?"
I gulped inwardly, colouring at once. "No... Just random stuffs"
"Like what?" He thrust him face an inch closer to my face, his smug smirk still etched at the corners of his lucid pink lips.
Oh gawd. I took a deep inhale. Through the minutes that follows all I do is inhale.. Inhale... Inhale
"Well its nothing particular or specific" I contort my face straight, heart racing faster when he doesn't change his position. He began advancing lower and lower... And I was sweating all over and over. Just when I'd thought his lips would attack mine, He brushes past it to my ear, biting my lobe softly. "You look hot when you're terrified"
I could feel my insides burning from the impact of those words. The Jet scraped the ground, ran on the runway for a few minutes and then came to a complete halt.
The impact of that halt, shoved me right into Ander's arms. His hands held my sides firmly with our faces inches apart.
Tough luck.
I broke away before something out of the ordinary happened. He smirked for a moment and rammed a kick on the huge metal door. The two pilots had gotten out and was currently helping us with our stuffs at the back. Anders had wanted me to pack the entire wardrobe, stating that we'll spend a whole year here. I'd not given in yet to him hoarding me from my family, but it was times like this when I had to completely trust fate to handle my life.
"Aren't you gonna get down?" He asked, his taut brows tingled with unusual affection with his left hand secured in his pocket.
I peeked over the door ledge. A Cool breezy amusement park overlooked the Warehouse where we're currently landed. I could only see it due to the fact that the jet was six foot tall, which was the same height as Anders.
"Can I go to the amusement park outside?" I conjured up the most lovable puppy eyes I could muster.
Come on, I've seen it worked in movies. This is my first trial actually.
He winced slightly, lowering his gaze. "Only if I get to come with you"
"Sure"
