After the meal ended, Empress stood. Her blue hair poured down her back in waves. She gave a glance at those who were having the meal with her. "Esteemed guests. I apologize that I shall not be taking you through the state meet. However, my son shall be present to take you through them."
She had a smile on her face as she said these words, however, the smile made those in the room shiver slightly. Who did not know that the sweeter the empress smiled, the more dangerous she actually was when one refuted her statements.
The ministers and other miscellaneous guests immediately accepted. They had all left their posts for the meeting that happened every other month only for the empress to dismiss them to her son. They all voiced out their agreements and could only watch as the empress left while dragging out the one she had called the 'key'.
