Quira watched, her eyes wide, as Lexine disappeared into an egress that appeared below her as she fell. "No!" She shouted as Lexine disappeared.
Her eyes then went back to Sliver who was being kept busy by Lexine's shadow guard. The shadow guard was pretty strong. Not to mention that he had manifested a body. His large sword changed shapes between a large scythe and the sword, leaving no space for the sylph woman to escape.
Quira's eyes became red as she looked up at the woman who had taken Lexine goddess knows where. She played a note on her harp, which caused one of the stems of the tree she had been climbing to grow longer.
The tip of the stem broke, as it reshaped itself into a long stake. Quira changed the note, making the stem grow larger and wider. The stem continued its journey up, faster than Quira who was still climbing up the tree.
By the time Sliver noticed the incoming attack, it was too late, and the stem had already imbedded itself into her stomach.
