On the other side of the gate, there was a storm brewing. The sky was dark, with clouds covering a particular continent. The darkness was so thick that it almost resembled a dark moonless night sky. In that one continent, there was a castle. It was big enough that when one looked up at it, they would admit that it looked big enough to touch the dark sky.
It was dark, dreary, and one not affiliated with shadows, would without a doubt, be somewhat fearful to walk in. Dark gray statues stood in front of large iron gates which had large speared staffs at the top. The gate was over nine feet tall and towered over most of the living beings that lived in there.
The maids in that castle, despite the dreary atmosphere, had bright smiles on their faces as they went about their duties.
"Did you hear, the queen gave birth?"
"I did. The child must absolutely take after their father."
