After Isabella left. Mark was still lost in his thoughts until " MAAAAARRRRRKK. "
He sluggishly walked into Alex office and took a seat before shouting " WHAT??? "
" What was all that about?? "
" All what??? "
" THAT!!!!.....ah.....ah....YOU KNOOW.....THAATT, " he moved his hands in the air trying to explain what he ment by "THAT. "
" Ooooooooohhhhh...thaaat, " he knew he couldn't play dome any longer.
" I just wanted to know her better, " Mark said.
" Oooh...okayy, so as my ASSISTANT your to know her BETTER THAN I DO," he sarcastically said.
" Yep "
"Be serious," he was really getting tired of Mark acting stupid.
" Okayyyyy...so....ah....you know how i told you i had two cousins? "
" Mhm, " Alex nodded.
" Sooo....ah...how do i put this?...okay. My surname is yang as you know an- "
"She's your cousin, isn't she?"
" You see ? " He stoop up about to go then continued" Such a very good detective, " but just when he thought he was of the hook. He froze after hearing what Alex said.
Mark's aura changed from a playful down to bloodshot cold when Alex said " She asked for your name. "
Mark retracted his steps. He reversed till he got to the sit. He took a sit before asking
" And what did you tell her ? " His voice became thunderous and cold. His eyes void of emotions and his aura had a new glitch to it. He emanated a Kingly cold aura. Mark had never shown this side to anyone except the two people that ment the world to him, and Alex was part.
" I'll tell you what i told her on one condition, you tell me why she doesn't know you and why you don't want her to know you . "
" C'mon, seriously ?? Thats more than one condition you know, "The Kingly cold aura that he was once emanating disappeared.
"Lucky for you, i'm a nice guy, so i'll just pick one question, cause as you said ON ONE CONDITION. "
" Okayyyy, just answer already, " Alex was already used to MR ON AND OFF here. He knew he could never stay cold, but meeeen was he wrong. Mark on the other hand was so happy that he was victorious.
"Okay so here's the thing, she knows me but she doesn't know me know. Technically she knows who i am but in a know me know me manner. You understand??"
Alex, who knew Mark from high school, understood what Mark said. It took Alex some time to get used to Mark's.... you know his....lets just say personality.
" Okay so you mean she knows that the fourth you is her cousin, but she doesn't know the real you is the fourth you that she knows as her cousin? Right? "
" Yep, she thinks the fouth me,you know,the me she thinks is the only me, is dead. "
" What ??? Why ??? How ???? " Now Alex was lost.
Mark rose his hand and patted Alex shoulder then said " That my friend, is a story for another decade." After saying that he left.
"Ah....this man. You really have alot of secrets you know ah.....he didn't even stay to hear all the sweet juicy lies i told her.....ah...what a moron. Well as long as i stick to my promise his safe with me ." Alex thought.
Flash back.... ..... ...
" Alex promise me you' ll tell no one. " Mark said.
"I promise i will die with your secret still a secret, i will never leave your side and offcourse i will always protect you. " They both pinky sweared.
" Trust me Alex no one , i repeat no one, will hurt you physically, emotionally or mentally while i'm around " he said to himself before leaving.

When Mark left Alex office he remembered his promise.
He said hostilely " Welcome to the battle arena Isabella Yang, for the battle has just begun. " Then he laughed with a very loud tone of hostility. And in the blink of an eye he was back to his bubbly self.
Meanwhile.....
When Isabella got home she picked up her phone and dailed a number
" Find out who Justin Ferguson is " the atmosphere was so cold that you could get frost bite just by entering while her eyes were so cold that a human being would die in a nanosecond just by looking into it.
She dailed another number again and this time she said hostilely
"Kill Alex Zhang's assistant "
" Yes ma'am " she then cut the call and said.
" Justin Ferguson, relax, for the battle you started will soon end." Then she laughed hostilely.
