"We should get going!" Suddenly a Pixie barged into the room. She looked around as if she was afraid that she was followed. "This is happening! We should go!"
Everyone quickly stood up except for the little girl that looked around, confused.
"What's happening?" Michael had already guessed it but he couldn't trust his own judgment until the Pixie had confirmed it.
The Pixie breathed in and out once, trying to catch her breath. Sweat rolled down from her forehead. "It's Alexander. He's not there!"
"What…?" Julia could barely stop the room from spinning. She had thought that they would have more time. They should have had more time! "Already?"
"Yes." The girl quickly wiped her face from sweat. "Half of the guards were wiped too1 As if they didn't exist at all."
