"Anyways, you're going to meet up with Baron at the forge I assume?" Crimson asked.
"Yeah and you're going back there to be the hearthkeeper?" Said Nimbus in turn giving a question to Crimson "Yeah but it's pretty boring but at least the pay is pretty good plus I get to increase my powers over time as well." She said with a shrug as she took the lead flying over River and the rest making sure that she harmed no one.
"Follow me, I know the way back." She said with a smile gesturing for them to follow before she flew off leaving a trail of embers behind her. Although she made sure that she was slow enough so that we could keep up while looking over her shoulder from time to time. After a bit of following her and the girls having some idle chatter with Crimson we eventually arrived back at the forge. "Baron! Your guests are here!" She called out before waving to us and entering the hearth which burnt even brighter with her presence.
It took a bit for him to arrive but finally his arrival was indicated by a tromping of boots. "So you're here for your equipment I would assume? Also what in the seven hell's happened with the explosion and all!?" Baron huffed as he had been prepared to fight as Baron was equipped with full plate armour with runes engraved over it.
"Well we were attacked by what was assumed to be a VoidBorn as we finished breakfast." Nimbus told Baron in a casual tone.
"Huh, that was quite a start to your morning… Wait, a VoidBorn in the palace how did they get in undetected?!" He demanded as there was a look of alarm in his eyes.
"Well as the first one to respond to the fighting I have no clue, by far the one we fought was not any type that we know of." Crimson responded, popping her head out from the hearth. "Plus it could summon other mid to high ranked VoidBorn to fight for it. It could also go toe to toe against Izaiah so there is that."
"Against Izaiah just how strong is that blasted creature!" Baron snapped, in the background there were many nervous mutters. He sighed, shaking his head "Well at least you lot are alright" Baron said as he looked around a bit "Hmm… I could have sworn there were more of you" He ponders tapping his bearded chin.
"Technically yes, but one got rather tired and passed out after using a lot of mana so the other had to carry them back to the dorms to rest up." Said River.
