Marcus stood up to appease his sister. He totally understands his sister, but his wife is right. Marcus could only stand in between them to avoid further confrontation.
"No, I don't expect you to chill and be friendly because when I was there I was fuming with anger."
Aila explained to Dana with a calm voice. However, Dana still could not settle down with the idea that they went to a compromised agreement with the old man.
"Then who are you to make a settlement with him? My Yhuan is dead because of him!"
Dana began crying and screaming at Aila. It is as if her heart is polluted with anger that she could not see and feel anything else but resentment.
"The old man made it clear to me, that those bullets were all intended for me. I feel guilty that Yhuan was the one who took those bullets that were intended to kill me. It is my fault."
