As the group made it back to the estate, Kalisto thought it relevant to update them on his one piece of work the council had given him. It would take more than one mind to come up with suggestions as to how to solve the problem of overpopulation in the bastion cities. He thought it best to ask his compatriots and see what their ideas were. Gathered around the fireplace now in the estate, the entire group of Modoru, May, Taicho, Meishu, and Kalisto sat and enjoyed each other's company.
"What a heck of a road it's been," Modoru said.
"I second that," May said. "It's been one problem after another to solve."
"We made it through though," Meishu said. "That's what counts. Modoru, I was wondering…now that you're free, would you still like your job at Shibuya?"
"Oh of course!" Modoru said. "Thanks for reminding me Meishu. Yes, I would like that position we talked about."
"Actually, my friends, that might have to wait," Kalisto piped up.
