Chapter 68 - Chapter #16: The Funeral

The ensuing days at the estate were filled with planning for the fake funeral. Kalisto, who was still healing and Modoru Jr, would be sequestered in their rooms for the time being while the funeral service set up. Meishu helped the organizers by calling Kalisto's relatives and informing them of the funeral. Modoru and May aided the caterers in setting up food for the guests. Taicho even called the newspapers of Valkyrie City to have the public attend the funeral. Truly, this was to be as official and as large as possible. There was even to be a singer at the event, as tribute for Kalisto. The only people who knew of Kalisto's existence in the estate still, were Modoru, May, Taicho, Meishu, and Modoru Jr. As everyone else flooded into the estate on the day of the funeral, that same group; minus Modoru Jr, met in the lobby of the estate before heading into the funeral.
