The rain pouring the city , raining sound could be heard inside the house , rain cause some places to get dark just like during the night. Cordy awaken when he heard a loud storm from the outside. He open his eyes slowly before sitting on the bed . he noticed that he's not at his house neither Angel's house. "haist. which girl take me to their home this time" he said getting up from the bed before walking towards the door. he slowly open the door and looking at his surrounding. a big candiliar , a big stairs and even a lift could be see. just like his house , but the difference is , it's all coloured in pink color. "who own this house?" he asked himself. he slowly walked downstairs when he see a girl sitting on the couch watching tv, he quickly greeted her. "Good morning too Cordy" the girl said. "Daisy?" he said as soon as he noticed Daisy's voice. "woa you got me" Daisy laughed. "woah im so so sorry for what happened , i was too stress" he bowed many times. "hey it's okay , everyone will do the same too whenever they're stress" Daisy said smiling. "thank you" he said. "Miss , breakfast is served" The maid said approaching both of them. "should we grab the foods? i bet you're hungry now" Daisy laughed , getting up from her seat and make her way to the kitchen followed by Cordy
"you're not going to your building today?" Daisy asked. "nah , I have no meeting so i think im not going , plus im still having my headache after what i drank yesterday" he chuckled. "but how can you know that im there yesterday?" he asked in confusion. "oh actually , my driver was there yesterday , she said she heard a loud voice from the drink section , then she come over to see , then she saw you , she quickly call me after that" Daisy explained. "ouch i was making a loud noise then" he laughed. "yes you did" Daisy laughed back. "should i send you to your home?" Daisy asked. "oh , i think nope.. I'll visit my mum first" he said. "your mum? can i come too?" she replied. Cordy looking at her with his weird face. "uh huh , sure then.. but she didn't reply to any words you'll ask or say" he said smiling.
"why are we here?" Daisy asked when she saw graves surrounding. "my mum live here" Cordy said while driving towards the parking lot. she didn't say anything and just waiting for him to park the car. as soon as they arrive , Cordy get out from the car and walk somewhere away from the place. Daisy quickly get herself out of the car and follows him from behind. "mum im here" Cordy said as he stop walking and start crying. His mum passed away? she asked herself. she patted Cordy's shoulder and comfort him. "sorry mum , your son usually got drunk these day. i know you hate that. but i don't have any ideas what to do other than drinking" he mumbled while crying. "mum , i suffered a lot , really a lot. I'm tired mum , tired . please take me with you" he said hugging his mum's grave. Daisy didn't say anything as she just standing there behind Cordy. Her tears fall down but she wiped it away. She felt sorry for him. "mum , this is Daisy , and she will working together with me , she's a nice person mum" Cordy introduced Daisy. Daisy couldn't help herself anymore , she cried before smiling bitterly towards the grave.
"um ... im sorry , i didn't know that your.. mum already gone" Daisy apologize. Cordy smiled before start driving away from the place. "it's okay .. everyone thought that mum would still alive.. maybe she did still alive , but in a different world" he said. "but who's the woman with your dad then? sorry again for asking" Daisy said. "oh , she's my step mum" he said focusing on the road . Daisy nodded before they both start stay silent without asking or even answering each other. Daisy is a bit shocked when she saw Cordy crying. She knew that Cordy is the most powerful business man here , he's known as the strict CEO , act cold towards the other people , but seeing him today , crying saying he's tired of everything , make Daisy ask herself. 'is there something wrong that nobody didn't know yet?' she asked herself looking at Cordy.
"give me a glass of tequila please" Daisy said sitting on the bar's chair. it's still early but she decided to take a drink. Cordy's sudden attitude shocked her the most. it's make her think a lot too. "here ma'am" the worker said. she quickly grab it and drink it one shot. "1 more" she added. the worker nodded and prepare for another glass. Daisy grabbed her phone in her luxury handbag before start calling someone.
"hello" someone said. "oh hello , it's me Daisy , how's your life Iren?" she asked the girl. "auch Daisy , i miss you so much! im always great ! how's your business?" Iren replied. "well , it went well. can we meet up? i need to ask you some little things" Daisy said , drinking the tequila once it done prepared by the worker. "sure sure. you wanna meet up now?" the girl replied. "yeah if you're free" she said. "okay , meet me at Café Franxx" the girl said before hanging up the call. She sighed before leaving some money on the table.
"what can i help you this time?" Iren asked while sipping her tea. "find information about someone. like whole of it" Daisy added. Iren's boyfriend is a great spy that he's even working for Iren's dad. "information? but who? you got all information about Cordy" Iren replied looking at her confusedly. "this time not Cordy" she said looking through the window. "then who?" Iren asked. "Eden. Cordy's wife" she added. "wait what? Eden? but why?" Iren asked again. "Cordy is hiding something from the medias , maybe Eden hide something big as well" she firmly said. "hmmm , if you say so" Iren said shaking her head. "thank you so much! you're the best Iren!" Daisy smile. "everything for my bestie" Iren winked. they both enjoyed their time , talking about their work , lifestyle and Iren's upcoming marriage.
"what are they doing here?" Cordy asked when he saw his parents car. he quickly going down to greet his parents. "dad , mum" he bowed . his parents nodded before walking towards the couch and sit down. "where's Eden?" his dad asked. "oh.. she's... she's... at the company maybe?" He said awkwardly , he didn't know where his wife is. "call her , let's have a lunch together" his mum said. "bu--t" "no buts son. call her" his dad replied. Cordy sighed and nodded. "helo?" please tell Eden to going back to the house now , my parents invited her to join their lunch" he said on the phone. "done" he added. "goood" his dad said while smiling.
"WHATTTT? HIS PARENT AT OUR HOUSE?" Eden get up from her seat when her secretary called her. "babe , what's happening?" Steve asked while drinking his soda. "i need to go now" Eden said but Steve stopped her. "I'll come with you" Steve added. "Are you crazy? CORDY'S PARENT IS THERE" she pushed him away. She quickly open the door leaving Steve behind."I'll be there in 10 minutes" she called her secretary.
"what take you so long Eden? we missed you" Cordy's dad said hugging his daughter in law. "sorry dad , was busy" she said smiling , hugging her dad back before hugging her mother in law. "you guys might be really busy then" Cordy's dad said looking at those marriage couple. "y-yeah" both of them replied. "well , should we go now? Cordy will drive us to the restaurant which we always come before" his mum said standing up from the couch. "sure" they all said leaving the house.
"Cordy , Eden , when will you both give me and the other the little Cordy or Eden?" his dad asked while munching his foods. Cordy and Eden staring at each other , telling each other to answer their dad's question. "hm?" Eden finally hummed. "well we want a grandchild.." Cordy's dad added. "oh about that... don't dad think it's a bit early for having the kids? plus we both busy dealing with the business , and the kids need our love and attention, thinking about this next time?" Eden sai politely. "hmm , you got the point there" Cordy's dad replied.
"thanks for the lunch dad , mum , meet you guys again soon!" Eden hugged her parents in law , kissing them on their cheeks. "sure cutie , if you have a problem , just call me or your husband" her dad added. Eden nodded , waving his hand towards them. Once they no where to be seen , Eden and Cordy released their hand towards each other. "see you later" Eden said about to leaving. "im not going to house tonight. I'll stay in my company" Cordy said. " whatever. im staying at Steve's house then" Eden said leaving him alone.
"i think i know the big secret of them".
