Name/Alias: Romaine Green (Velocity)
Lightning Color: Dark Blue
Passive Ability: Hyper-Velocity - When travelling in a straight line for a prolonged period, Romaine enters a state of Hyper-Velocity, in which he reaches speeds far higher than previously possible
Alignment: Good

~Vacuum [Chapter 4] - Romaine runs counterclockwise, creating a vacuum in the center
~Sonic Boom [Chapter 5] - When running at ideally 360kmph, Romaine makes a 180 degree turn, causing a massive release of force and air pressure
~Electro-Magnetic Punch (Tool Assisted) [Chapter 8] - Using the Electro-Magnetic Ring to manipulate the electromagnetic field, Romaine infuses it with electricity, before punching the target
~Speed Punch [Chapter 9] - Romaine runs to generate energy. He focuses the energy into his fist and vibrates it, before delivering the punch
~Electro-Magnetic Barrier (Tool Assisted) [Chapter 9] - Using the Electro-Magnetic Ring, Romaine manipulates the electromagnetic field to form a barrier around the target
~High-Voltage Punch [Chapter 10] - Romaine runs at his max speed in order to generate enough electricity to kill a human, (7000 volts), before punching the target
~Wall Running [Chapter 11] - Romaine runs at a speed higher than 400kmph in order to move faster than the influence of gravity on his body
~Energy Siphoning [Chapter 13] - Romaine trails closely behind another speedster and siphons off their energy to either make himself temporarily faster or amplify his move
~Lightning Punch [Chapter 13] - Usually with the help of a teammate, Romaine amasses half a million volts of electricity and channels it into his fist, then punches the target

Lightning Color: Light Blue
Passive Ability: No Limit - When going at maximum speed, Donte can easily break through his speed cap, permanently increasing his speed.

~Vacuum [Chapter 12] - Donte runs counterclockwise, creating a vacuum in the center
Name/Alias: Usain Bolt (Golden Glare)
Lightning Color: Gold
Passive Ability: Crushing Momentum - When running, Usain gains momentum at a striking rate, causing whatever he might collide into to be reduced to pieces

~Speed Punch - Usain runs to generate energy. He focuses the energy into his fist and vibrates it, before delivering the punch
~Elbow Smash - Usain runs in order to gain momentum, then channels all that force into an elbow attack

Passive Ability: Electric Vigor - Crimson gains more potency the longer he uses his speed and the more determined he is

~Speed Punch - Crimson runs to generate energy. He focuses the energy into his fist and vibrates it, before delivering the punch
~Punch Barrage - Crimson unloads a barrage of swift punches on the target
~Vigorous Punch [Chapter 12/13] - Crimson goes all out to unleash a powerful punch
