A man alighted his horse as his men followed suit. His intense gaze made the servants retreat. He fixed his coat and marched towards the mansion, not minding the knights that tried to stop him. He was far stronger than those who hindered his path.
When he had heard about the Duke's weakened state, he rushed to the capital. He was tasked to deliver a message if the time came that Duke Grandis met an unfortunate event.
His tracks were halted by an old man dressed in a butler suit. He glared at the latter that stopped him from entering the mansion.
"The mansion isn't receiving guests," the butler said as he signaled the servants to lead the intruder out, "leaving a prior notice would suffice mister."
