Nan gives an idea of what if Charm becomes a flirty barista in a scene in a cafe that she highlighted. She thinks he would be a great impact since his face is very supportive.
Luke accepted her idea since it was suitable for Charm's public image. Luke also thinks maybe it was something that people wanted. Moreover, they didn't have much time to set up another role, so what Nan recommended is good enough.
