My name is winter a normal name for a girl born on December the 21st of 1991 by a lovely couple. Well what they say they . My life is somewhat hell if I say but that is what I think ,today I was at work at this cafe but what I call a slave place only difference is they pay me for my labor.
"Are you slacking off again Winter!? We have talked about you and that daydreaming of yours!?" The manager yelled at the white haired girl no a women she looked at her manager a man that seemed to be in his late 30's he had a wife and two kids a nice family he had.
Winter was snapped out her trance when the manager snapped his fingers in her face dragging her away from the thought he was married with children .
" One more time winter I can't just keep you here if all you do is stare off in space you maybe creep the customers out and you know the little business we have right now." The manager said to winter who nodded her head still off in space until she looked at him.
"Dave I know about the computation I know it is breaking you to see that new cafe is gaining half of our costumers but please refrain from yelling ,or I will quit without a second for you to ask me to stay." She spoke so quietly her hazel eyes dimmed the slightest , but Dave noticed this walking away from the cashier like the conversation didn't happen.
Winter heard the ring of the bell and looked up to see a brown haired boy maybe about 22 she was only guessing by how he held himself yet he still had a childish demeanor around him a jump to his step.
"Um can i have a Carmel Frappuccino with whip cream and if you do add some sprinkles please!" His tone held love she drifted off by him tapping her shoulder." Um sorry but did you hear me" he spoke in a puzzled tone.
"I did hear you but don't touch me." Winter spoke with the slightest of disgust and she was happy this boy was so naive to not hear it in her tone yet she was drawn to him like a kid who wants candy she quickly got his Frappuccino ready adding more then enough sprinkles." Here you go sir I hope this brings you something good in life." Her tone was lifeless yet she smiled her eyes showed it was a real smile and the man before her took his drink gave her a toothy smile and walked Away.
Leaving her alone in her thoughts that where like a blizzard raining down on her.
